We spent the last 2 days of our Portugal stay in Cândida's great little place, conveniently located between the city and the beaches. Super well-equipped, she met us and had the fridge pre-stocked with a few necessities (beer, eggs, :-) and pointed us to some local places for a nice dinner and takeout. Highlight was a picnic dinner at Guincho beach with a delicious take-out chicken dinner from around the corner. It was nice to stay a bit out of the fray of the town. Thanks Cândida!

Petite maison fonctionnelle et très bien équipée

Location très propre et très bien équipée. Cândida (qui parle Français) nous accueilli avec beaucoup de chaleur et de gentillesse en nous indiquant les lieux incontournables et les astuces pour les rejoindre facilement. Proximité immédiate des commerces et du centre ville. Restaurants et boucherie à 1 rue de la maison. Lisbonne est à 30 minutes seulement et très facile d'accès. La ville de Cascais est très animée et riche en magasins et restaurants. Bref une location à conseiller sans réserve. Franck et Patricia L.

Agréable petite maison

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Candida dans un bon français. La maison était vraiment très propre et avait tous les équipements nécessaires. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez elle, très bien située pour visiter Cascais, Sintra et Lisbonne.

Superbe séjour Candida est superbe Nous avons découvert cascais et alentours avec ces conseils sont top nous avons visité lisboa en tuktuk super car nous pu voir tous les quartiers c’était superbe pour sintra très compliqué à voir car beaucoup beaucoup trop de monde impossible de se garer mais avons découvert d’autres endroit des superbe point de vues setubal par la côte la presqu’île de troia etc etc surtout que nous avons emmené nos amis pour la première fois ils ont adoré maintenant direction l’Algavre merci Candida d’la maison est top tout à l’intérieur besoin de rien 🥰

Perto da praia, centro de cascais e vias rápidas. Zona Calma. Casa bem arranjada e muito limpa para passar alguns dias. Possui mercearia perto e restaurantes económicos. A D. Cândida foi uma excelente anfitriã. Recomendo.

Sehr netter Empfang durch Candida, sie hatte einige nötigen Lebensmittel in der Fewo schon eingekauft, zudem gab es zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Wein und kleine süße portugisische Spezialitäten. Dann folgte eine Erklärung der Umgebung, Geschäfte, Restaurants. Viele Tipps und Möglichkeiten zur Freizeitgestaltung. Gutes Wlan Saubere gepflegte und sehr gute ausgestatte Fewo Herd leider nur 2 Platten, keinen BackOfen aber Mikrowelle. Alles in Allem eine Topp Fewo mit einer sehr netten Gastgeberin.

homely ,friendly owners ,space was great dog friendly ,clean everything you could need ,bed very comfy ,shower great on the power and heat would defo recommend and would return no hesitation .we went to show our dogs in portugal which just added the the overall visit ,altho we must have had the worst rainy weather for june ,but that didnt stop our enjoyment many thanks candida for being the perfect host WE ALSO LOOKED ROUND HOUSEY 2 NEXT DOOR VERY VERY NICE FOR MORE PEOPLE DISABLED ETC . THIS IS A 2 BEDROOMED HOUSE .

Nous recommandons vivement cette location

Nous avons passé 2 jours dans cet appartement à CASCAIS chez Candida. Candida est venue nous chercher à un point de repere. L' accueil a été tres chaleureux et Candida nous a conseillés sur la ville et les visites a effectuées. Le logement est neuf et la proprété de l'appartement est impeccable. Il y'a tout le necessaire pour y vivre plusieurs jours (tv, machine a laver, barbecue, etc...). Les commerces (boulangerie, epicerie, boucherie) sont à moins à 100 metres. Le centre de Cascais est à 3 km et il y a des transports en commun pour y acceder. Le quartier est calme. Bref nous avons un tres bon sejour dans cette jolie ville et cet appartement coquet. Merci beaucoup Candida et peut-etre à une prochaine.

Wir haben uns prima erholen können!

Nach kurzem Telefonat hat uns die Vermieterin an einem besprochenen Punkt abgeholt und uns zur Wohnung gelotst, weil wir kein Navi hatten. Sie hat uns ausgesprochen freundlich empfangen, die Wohnung gezeigt und uns über die Sehenswürdigkeiten in Cascais,Sintra etc. informiert bzw. vorrätige Prospekte gezeigt. Wir haben die Wohnung als sehr sauber empfunden und den Freisitz gut nützen können. Unsere Ausflüge nach Lissabon haben wir mit dem Zug unternommen, der alle 20 Min. fährt. Zum "eingewöhnen" bekamen wir noch eine Flasche Wein überreicht! Wer für 2 Personen eine Ferienwohnung sucht, ist bei Seniora Reis bestens aufgehoben! (29.04.18)

Um espaço muito acolhedor

A área interior é pequena, mas foi excelentemente adaptada. Muito funcional e bem equipada. Apanhamos mau tempo, frio e muita chuva, mas quer o interior como o exterior da Housy1, transmitiram um conforto para momentos em família com grande relaxe. A localização é boa, calma, sem ruidos e próxima do centro, a dois minutos a pé tem dois restaurantes e um café onde se come bem e a bom preço. Gostamos muito.

Great place to stay

We stayed here for a week and loved every moment. The house was spotless and well stocked with basic items including beers in the fridge and a good bottle of wine. Candida was very welcoming and spent a lot of time giving us advice of the local area. The house was a little too far for us to walk into Cascais (over 2km) but was only minutes in the car and parking was free in the jumbo supermarket for the first 2 hours. After that it was 2 Euros an hour. Candida spent time with us in taking us to Sintra and left us there for the day before picking us up later. From here we were taken to local sight seeing spots. Guincho beach is within a 10 minute drive. There are local restaurants within walking distance. Candida is a warm and friendly lady who can not do enough for her guests. We would certainly return. Absolutamente incrível! A casinha é muito confortável e bem equipada! Cândida é muito atenciosa!

A localização não é no centro de Cascais, mas é muito próximo! Não alugamos carro, mas acho que é melhor alugar, mesmo tendo bastante Ubers disponíveis! A casa é muito bem decorada, com tudo novo! Cozinha bem equipada, TV com canais internacionais, armários amplos e uma boa cama! Espaço externo para pets! Adoramos ficar aqui! Voltando a Cascais, tentaremos ficar aqui novamente! Mercado do bairro bem próximo, da pra ir andando! Alguns restaurantes nos arredores, com preços bons! Aconselho a quem for a Cascais e estiver procurando um lugar confortável para passar as noites (já que o dia, passamos nos passeios)!
