Anniversary disappointment
Heart shaped tub not cleaned prior to arrival. Requested we put in dishwasher pod and it would work. It did not work. Asked for housekeeping told it would be the next day, but they never showed up. We even stayed all day waiting on them. TV not working in bedroom. Told it would be next day. Maintenance did show up at 420pm and fixed tv in bedroom. Told us to run hot water in tub he would be back with vinegar. He put vinegar into tub and left. Told us to turn off and on every 30 minutes or so. So we did. No one ever came to clean tub. We were provided 3 washclothes, 4 towels for a 5 day 4 night stay. Told we had to take linens to them for exchange. We did not have enough linen to bathe let alone clean the tub. My husband requested the jacquizz tub for our anniversary. That was one of his primary requests. SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT. The firepit was falling down bank. So we didn't bother with this. It was nice sitting on the back deck and watching and listening to stream. But a fire hazard with only one exit to leave the home. Have to walk all the way around the house to get to stream or fire pit. No steps on back deck. Dishes were cheap and did not match. No spatula for use on the grill. Only 1 bedside table. Hot water is very hot but doesn't last very long. It would have probably been to cold to use in the dirty tub, if it were clean. We were really looking forward to this Anniversary trip. But it left too much to be desired. WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN OR TRUST THEM

Visit with God
I just needed some time to myself to process the death of my husband after a short battle with lung cancer. I needed to spend time with God, pray and get into His word. The last place my husband wanted to go was a cabin on the river and this place was perfect!! He would have so enjoyed it!! And the perfect place to spend time with God, so peaceful and serene!!

Barefoot Vacation
Renting the property was very easy to do and that is saying a lot because I am technologically challenged. The property was clean and in a secluded location not far from everything in the Pigeon Forge area. Loved the location. The only downside is that when we booked it shoes it having a hotub and pool table. It doesn’t have either now. Luckily we saw this on a review a few days before we left so we were prepared. Had we walked in and found out it would have been tough to take. However I would recommend this home for what it offers. It was a very cool place to relax and unwind
