Apartment "Sérénade des Saveurs" on the heights of Vert-Pré with a view

Charming guest apartment in a quiet area at the "Serenade of Flavors".

In an invigorating air, located on the heights of Vert-Pré, you will enjoy the tranquility of the countryside, while staying 15 minutes by car from the first beaches and restaurants, and 10 minutes from shopping centers and supermarkets.

The rental space is a pretty outbuilding of the main house of your hosts. Designed for the comfort of our visitors, you will benefit from a
charm of approximately 50m² consisting of an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with toilet and shower, a living room with a sofa bed, an adjoining fitted and equipped kitchen, as well as a veranda and 'a private garden.

The accommodation overlooks the "Sérénade des Saveurs" farm, specializing in fruit trees, and in the manufacture of jams, nectars and confectionery, from fruit from the orchard.

In addition to private areas, you will have at your disposal common areas, to share with the owners: a magnificent 54m² patio with a wall of water, and nearby, a barbecue, and also an infinity pool of 10m, and a wooded park of about 3000m².

The farm adjacent to the wooded park is not freely accessible. However, the rental includes a guided tour of the site, which is designed to welcome the public.

Every morning, on the table on your terrace, you will be offered seasonal fruit, nectars and jams made from the farm's products. An on-site shop will allow you to discover and buy the products made on the site.

Depending on our availability, a dinner service may be offered to you in the evening (request in advance, price not included in the rental).
