Family house in the heart of Val André, renovated and equipped to accommodate a family.

Several possible entries: from below, which leads to the terrace from above, arriving at the floor of the rooms.

Ground floor: fully renovated kitchen, with oven and induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave. Large living room, directly on the terrace. Toilet.

Outside: terrace equipped with several chairs, small lounge and several dining tables. At the rear of the house parking for up to 3 cars.

Upstairs: 3 fully renovated bedrooms (2 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with 3 single beds), bathroom with shower and toilet.

Belle maison de famille très bien située et très bien équipée

Un seul bémol : l’amabilité toute relative du gérant anglais qui par ailleurs refusait de porter un masque en notre présence Et n’avait pas de disponibilité pour changer une ampoule

Situation idéale au Val André, la plage et le CV à pieds

Agréable maison, grande cour, séjour un peu petit pour une grande famille, il faut du soleil pour apprécier la grande terrasse extérieure, ce que nous avons eu toute la semaine.

Gaaf huis op prachtige locatie

Het huis is prachtig, bovenin zijn de fraai gerenoveerde slaapkamers en een heerlijke badkamer. Beneden is de verouderde woonkamer. De bank zit niet lekker, deze is echt oud en buiten is er veel tuinmeubilair niet aanwezig. Er zijn geen tuinkussens en geen goede parasol. Ook is er veel keukenapparatuur niet aanwezig. Dit past niet bij de hoge verhuurprijs!

belle situation, très pratique. propriété spacieuse et agréable le chauffage dans la salle de bain était désactivé, dommage pour le séchage des serviettes dans un endroit ou le climat est parfois bien humide. écart entre le prix annoncé pour les kits serviettes et la réalités...

Lovely house in Val-Andre

This house was perfect for us. Very clean, modern kitchen and bathroom and two blocks from the beach. The only issue that we encountered was no WiFi, which would have helped. Overall, a great spot to stay and explore Brittany!

Comments on the rental of HomeAway #1699525

We rented this house owned by Mm. Moullec at 7 rue Laennec, Pléneuf-Val André for the week of July 6th to July 13th. We were very pleased with the house, which was charming, and with its location close to the beach. We also found the agents for the house, Dave and Lynda Bowyer, pleasant and helpful. We were not pleased, however with what we consider inaccurate advertising. The English version of your website indicated that the house had internet access, which it did not. Similarly, it indicated that linens and towels were included, when, in fact, only kitchen towels were included whereas sheets and bathroom towels had to be rented.
