Great place, great location

We enjoyed our stay in Kihei. The condo was clean and well appointed. Great location to get around to McKenna and Wailea beaches. A bit of a drive to Lahaina and Kaanapali but rally not too bad. We loved walking across the street to see the sunset and several restaurants within walking distance or short drives. We had a great time.

Unit was as described. The grounds and pools are well maintained. Close walking distance to beach and restaurants. Unit has everything you need and nice having in unit laundry. We would stay here again.

Wonderful Stay

Our stay was amazing. The condo was clean, organized, and had everything we needed. Having beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and beach towels already at the property was very helpful. The entire process was extremely easy, and allowed us to relax and enjoy our time on the island.

Location Location!

I have been traveling for work to Kihei for years. I tried this complex out for the first time. The location is perfect for walking, beach, shopping etc. It’s in the heart of everything. This modest little unit lacks a view. It is in the very back of the property and it literally faces the building in front and the parking lot. Sunset views are blocked by a building. The check in and out process is effortless. The reserved parking space is close to the apartment. WiFi connectivity is speedy and the tv easily streams whatever you want. Overall the apartment was nice!

This condo made our travel better, highly recommend it

This condo is absolutely gorgeous. When you enter, the first thing you will notice is how CLEAN it is. When I say clean, it’s like you can eat on the floor and I’m not even kidding. Anke is a sweetheart, she had prepared a gift package for us : kona coffee, macadamia chocolate, pineapple, fruits, water bottles, Keurig coffee cups, etc. She also provides all the necessities to wash your clothes or your dishes and even shampoo, hair conditionner, body wash. What I loved most is the location of the condo, we were close to everything. We could go to many famous restaurants by walk and it felt really safe. There were many families and couples and our parking lot was close to our unit. Also, the beach is within walking distance. You will get to see amazing sunsets or sunrises if you’re willing to get up early! If you open the wardrobe, you will find 2 beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, a cooler, 2 snorkeling kits, extra blankets, plenty of bathroom towels. If you feel like watching Netflix, she has all the TV entertainments. You can either watch it on the couch or in bed : there is an extra TV in the bedroom. When I say this place is fully equipped, it’s for real. It feels like home :) Anke and her husband made sure we pleased ourselves at her place by messaging us the first day. If you have any issues or any questions she answers super quick to text messages or calls. For example, we couldn’t figure out the AC in the bedroom and she came the next morning to arrange it while we were enjoying our Lanai cruise trip. (And yes, there is AC in the bedroom as well as the living room-kitchen and yes it’s brand new!) Actually, every thing is brand new in this place, you will get to use super clean shiny fridge, dishwasher, ninja blender, kettle, toast machine, oven, Keurig coffee machine, and the list goes on. Kitchen is fully equipped, she even provided salt & pepper, spices, oil, vinegar. We just loved how she cares about all the details : there were cute little yellow hibiscus flowers everywhere, brightening your day :) The only concern we had is the noise in the bedroom. The windows have kind of a glass palettes and it’s not noise reducing at all. You can hear people talking outside or being a bit noisy early in the morning... but we didn’t really have control over this issue. Thank you Anke!
