This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom deluxe condo unit is clean and comfortable; it’s a great choice for groups of up to four guests. The fully equipped, remodeled kitchen features granite counters and overlooks the living area, where there’s wall-mounted flat-screen TV for catching the game or watching your favorite shows. (NOTE: the fireplace is for decorative purposes only and is inoperable). There’s also a patio area off the living area with a private gas grill and comfortable patio furniture for kicking back after a big day on the slopes.

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, central laundry facilities, shared hot tubs and a private ski locker. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Its close to peak 8. You can walk it if you miss the bus. Big space. Good grill. Great mountain. Hottub is in another building. Laundry is in another building.

Well appointed and convenient to the Breck shuttle

It's not a luxury condo, but it is fully equipped and very convenient to the shuttle that is two stops from the Breck base. There were a couple of maintenance issues, but the property manager was very responsive and they're likely on their way to be fixed.
