This 1B/1B condo was gutted in early 2016 and completely remodeled to be the perfect getaway for any time of year. We work hard to keep it up to date. Modern design and appliances with high country touches, this retreat has a luxurious walk-in shower, heated bathroom floor, 2 LED TVs, leather furniture, KING size bed, and a living room window framing a spectacular view of Breckenridge Ski Area and the Ten Mile Range. Come to play or relax, but leave refreshed.

Location, location, location! This unit is ideally situated to be able to take advantage of all that Breckenridge has to offer, with minimal driving: Two blocks from Breckenridge's Historic Main St, filled with fantastic cafes, restaurants and shops; Two blocks from Breckenridge Ski Area's BreckConnect Gondola with easy access to Peaks 6, 7 and 8; Three blocks from grocery store (City Market); Two blocks from Blue River Bikeway - a paved recreational trail providing easy access to Frisco, Cooper Mountain, Dillon, Keystone and Arapahoe Basin. PLEASE research the 2020-21 ski season lift tickets! Because of Covid, rules have changed a lot!

My husband and I met and lived in Breckenridge decades ago. This town has always been a special place for us, and we know it will be for our guests too.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this property many years ago but a few years ago we decided to renovate and redesign it as a place where we'd like to spend extended periods of time. Given this goal, the unit doesn't feel like a stale rental, but rather a cozy retreat, and we believe you'll feel right at home in this unit since it is indeed our home away from home.

We've also invested in improving the indoor air quality of the unit. We created a unit with great indoor air quality by using carpets and paints with low or no VOCs, by removing all traces of asbestos, and by upgrading the unit's ventilation. We've created a crisp and clean indoor air quality that provides peace of mind and optimal health. With COVID we want to help protect our guests by leaving 24 hours between a guest departure and a new guest arrival giving our housekeepers plenty of time for a thorough cleaning. Safety first!

What makes this property unique

In addition to the renovation and upgraded amenities, we love being able to do most of what we love in Breckenridge without a car. Whether it is dinner on Main St, skiing, hopping on the gondola with skis or bikes, or even getting groceries, this unit allows our guests to do all those activities via walking if they prefer.
