We had an amazing stay at this vacation home! The property was spotless and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the check-in process smooth and easy. Our family loved the pool area, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The location was convenient for local attractions, and it felt peaceful and private. Overall, this home exceeded our expectations, and we would happily return for another visit.

We arrived the day after hurricane Isaias hit Florida. Electricity was off but Steve kept us informed about the situation all day so we could make the decision to go or not. He let us know the power was on the morning we were to arrive. Headed out and had an amazing time. The house was exactly as described and clean. Kids loved the pool and game room. Steve did a fantastic job of keeping us informed about any maintenance happening and was quick to answer any of our questions. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great property, super clean and comfortable. Dock was great however there is not 90 ft of usable space due to a lift that was locked. Not a huge deal but our boat did hang past the end which I know is against the rules I just had no other choice. Other than that we loved it and will definitely try to book this again!

This property was filled with amenities for the entire family!! The beach proximity is easy to access and beautiful!! We utilized the boat dock, the kids fished and swam in the pool. It was an amazing time. The game room amazing!! Our 13 person group was busy the entire time. The property was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare beach meals and dinners. I would highly recommend this property and would return should we plan another beach vacation.

This home is within the "Holiday Isle" community of Destin. We were familiar with Holiday Isle, and finding this beautiful floor plan, with private pool, and plenty of space for everyone was a wonderful surprise......And on a canal....into Destin Harbor.Everything as it is described on listing. The twin beds "downstairs " have a full bath room. Gameroom has a great convenience of a full size frig and it goes out to the pool....and dock. Rental agreement says "wear shoes" outside. He means it! The decking gets HOT!!And....beach is a short walk! Sidewalk thru the community to the private beach access

The Holiday Isle beach offers some of the best white, sugar sand and emerald waters you can find, but our favorite is also having a boat at the house. The home's location offers the best of both worlds in Destin! You can easily spend the morning at the beach and cruise over to Crab Island and other beaches after lunch. If you don't bring your own boat, I can help coordinate a rental boat or water taxi to our private dock. You are welcome to dock overnight, as the home offers 65ft for guest mooring and 90ft underlit wharf for fishing, etc with a cleaning table. I hope you stay again next year! Lovely setting for family vacation

Beautiful home

The house has tons of room with a sizeable pool. It's located close to everything, beaches, shops and restaurants. Rent a jeep while you're there, it was a blast exploring.

The owner was extremely easy to work with. We had one small issue with the pool and he addressed it immediately. It was fixed in less than a day. The place had plenty of room for the 11 of us who stayed there and the location was ideal.

Excellent location excellent host!

We attended this year‘s Florida Powerboat poker run in Destin which required a larger house, multiple car parking and a wet slip large enough for the Cigarette racing boat. The host was excellent, the house was in great condition, all along it very pleasurable experience for everyone.

Terrific for Family and Fishermen

We booked this home based on the location, boat dock, and photos online. It absolutely exceeded our expectations. Plenty of room for everyone and terrific amenities. Close to the beach, restaurants and East Pass for easy access to fishing in the Gulf. Can't wait to return!

Two Families in Destin

We travel together and decided to check out Destin. We went deep sea fishing with First Light charter, and had a great time! At the house we enjoyed the game room, heated pool and we loved fishing off the dock! The beach was beautiful. We rented a pontoon boat on our last day and it was the crowd favorite!

Excellent Family Vacation

The house was perfect for our family vacation. We had 5 adults 65+, 3 adults aged 35 and 2 children under 4. The house had plenty of beds for everyone and was incredibly clean and well maintained. The location was perfect to all Destin ammenities and attractions. I drove my boat over and the dock was in great shape and allowed an easy transit to crab island and offshore fishing. Couldn’t have picked a better house for our family vacation.

Great stay!

This house was perfect for us! We had 2 families with 4 kids ranging from 18 months to 10 yrs old. There was more than enough room and the game room on the bottom floor was perfect for evening fun while the baby was sleeping. We also liked that it had 2 Master suites. Pool was a good size, it was perfect for us to dock our boat, and the kitchen was supplied great! Owner was great to communicate with! We would definitely stay here again!
