Located within the exclusive gates of Destiny East, this exceptional home offers a serene retreat just moments from the stunning Gulf of Mexico beaches. With space for up to 15 guests, it features 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms spread across three thoughtfully designed levels. Perfectly suited for large groups, providing comfort and privacy. The first floor of Villa Destiny provides luxurious accommodations, boasting three generously sized King Suites, each featuring a stunning private bath. These suites offer ample space and comfort, with open, airy rooms that allow for free movement and relaxation. Ascend to the second floor to discover a beautifully designed main living area that exudes a coastal elegance. The space is adorned with intricate details and boasts a serene ambiance perfect for relaxation. Enjoy the living room with comfort of two plush couches and ample seating for everyone to gather and unwind. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with high-end stainless-steel appliances and is fully stocked with all necessary dishes, utensils, and cookware. A breakfast bar with seating for four offers a casual dining option. Adjacent to the kitchen is the elegant formal dining area, featuring seating for six guests, ideal for enjoying meals in style. Also on this level is a King Suite, providing added comfort and convenience.



The third floor is home to the Master King Suite, a haven of luxury and tranquility. This stunning suite features an elegant canopy bed, large French doors leading to a furnished balcony, and a vanity desk for preparing for a night out. The suite offers the perfect blend of sophistication and comfort. The impressive master bathroom is designed for ultimate relaxation, with granite countertops, a dual sink vanity, a large soaking tub, and a spacious glass and tiled shower. Also on this floor is a bunk room with a twin-over-full bunk bed, accommodating up to three guests. This room includes a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, providing convenience and privacy.

VayKLife (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!



Private Elevator- This home features a private elevator. This is an optional $350 fee to use during guests stays. Guests who opt out of the fee will not have the elevator for use during their stay.*Private Elevator for Baggage or Guests Unable to Climb Stairs ONLY.*

Electric Street-Legal Golf Cart Rentals: Exclusive to Beach Reunion guests, we offer electric street-legal golf cart rentals at rates well below other Destin/Miramar Beach providers. Pool Heat- Pool Heat- From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $75/day or $525/week.(Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. Must purchase pool heat for spa to be heated. The spa does not operate like a stand alone hot tub. The spa will only reach the same temperature as the pool, 86 Degrees Max. Outside of the dates spa cannot be heated.)



Amenities: Each home will include a starter supply of the following amenities:

Bathrooms: Massage Body Bar, Body Lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hand/Body Bar.

Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets.

*Once this supply is used, you are responsible for providing your own items.

* This home rents only Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Summer months.



* College/Student groups are NOT allowed. All renters must be 25 and older, with the exception of children in families.

* PETS: Pets Are Permitted: $250/Pet, Under 25 Lbs, with a 2 pet Maximum *Please note that pets are not permitted on any of the beaches within the area. Medical services dogs only*

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the home! About 3 to 5 days prior to guests arrival date an email for check-in will be sent to the email address on file. The email will contain everything about the home and information needed during your stay. All homes are keyless entry with a code made specific for each guest. All homes are self check-in. Standard check in time is at 3pm. We ask that guests do not attempt to go to the property unless given access before 3pm.

Electric Street Legal Golf Cart Rentals — We offer electric street legal golf cart rentals to Beach Reunion guests only and at a substantially lower rate than our competitors in the Destin/Miramar Beach area. If you are familiar with this area you know from past vacations that their popularity makes traveling to and from the beach a breeze and convenient for quick errands to the store, even for that last minute shopping spree! They also make shuttling services hassle-free for weddings or events. By reserving a cart rental through us you will not have to worry about any of that unwanted dirt or sand getting into your car while trying to enjoy your vacation! We even deliver for free! Fully stocked kitchen! It’s like cooking at your own home! This beach house will have everything you need and more.



Grill out by the pool. This home has a beautiful gas grill.

*Propane is included.



Private pool. The private pool can be heated from October 1st - May 1st.

*Please note there is an additional fee to heat the pool. Please note that the overflow spa is NOT a hot tub and does not operate/heat like a hot tub.
