Benjamin Trail is ideally nestled in the sought-after Stowe Club neighborhood of town—just off the Mountain Road (rt 108) and adjacent to Stowe Country Club. So convenient to all of Stowe's wonderful shops, eateries, pubs, and recreation areas, yet secluded enough to fully relax in nature.

This stunning new home is well-crafted with an airy and bright open-floor plan. The bountiful windows, light wood floors, and neutral color palette allow the mountain views to take center stage. The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area invite you to make yourself at home the moment you arrive. Cozy couches and a gas fireplace encourage relaxation and conversation, and if you are looking for quiet space or must work from the road, there is a separate sitting room. Additional comforts include a heated two-car garage, a covered porch, and an expansive furnished deck complete with gas grill for BBQs. And that's just the main floor!

Four bedrooms and three full, well-appointed bathrooms are located upstairs, as well as a quiet nook with a comfy chair for reading or rocking a baby. The lower-level walk-out adds an additional bedroom and full bath, plus a massive leisure space with an oversize couch and TV (don't forget your popcorn!), ping pong table, and game table.

Beautiful Home

We had a group of family and friends celebrating a 50th birthday and this house was perfect. Plenty of space for everyone. Quiet, quaint neighborhood secluded behind a beautiful golf course but close to Shops and restaurants. Will definitely rent again!

Wonderful Property

We were a group of 8 - 1 family of 3, 1 family of 4 and one single person. The property is beautiful, clean and spacious. The linens and furniture are all very comfortable. We enjoyed the beautiful views from each bedroom and the living spaces. It was conveniently located and easy to get to conveniences, restaurants, stores and of course, Stowe for skiing! The only thing I'd suggest is that they use some blackout curtains in the bedrooms. Little ones woke up SUPER early because of light in the rooms...
