ABOUT THE AREA - Hip. Funky. Fresh. Arcadia Lite is known for its trendsetting style and eclectic crowd where you can find hotspots like La Grande Orange, Postinos, The Vig, The Attic, Little Woody’s, Tee Pee, and the Madison Improvement Club, to name a few. Arcadia Lite is great for those that want the central location. The neighborhood is home to many young professionals who want to be close to major business and entertainment centers available near the Esplanade, downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale, or further North. Arcadia Lite is highly regarded for its tight-knit community. You will typically find people hanging out for coffee in the mornings at La Grande Orange, having a glass of wine, during the evenings at Postinos, or just hanging out in their front yard watching the world go by while relaxing on their Adirondacks. The canal and quiet streets of Arcadia Lite provide a great place for those that love taking walks or runs and where you can bike ride down some of the beautiful streets and visit the local hangouts with their hip and vibrant charm. Those are only a few of the many reasons Arcadia Lite was recently named one of the hottest neighborhoods in Phoenix.

FYIs: Your vacation home is just a short distance away from spectacular dining and nightlife at nearby restaurants such as Central Bistro, Hillstone & O.S.H.O Eatery + Brewery, The Attic Ale House, and The Whining Pig Arcadia just to name a few.

The area boasts 185 public, private, resort, municipal, and executive courses with each offering varying conditions of difficulty common to desert golf. Be aware, over the summer months the courses offer phenomenal rates, just go early in the morning. Scottsdale is home to the TPC Waste Management Tournament in early February. Known as the “Greatest Show on Grass” it’s the best place around to see and be seen. Be sure to plan a visit to the Bird’s Nest and try to get a spot at the 16th hole.

For more outdoor activities consider going on a desert horseback ride, go watch the Polo Ponies at West World or the Thoroughbred Racehorses at Turf Paradise; try hitting some golf balls off the 3rd level deck at the TopGolf facility, visit one of the 3 area wildlife parks and zoos; be sure to watch Tiger Splash if you get to Out of Africa, go off-roading or if you’re lucky enough to be in Scottsdale during a NASCAR event, go experience all that is a day at PIR.

If you’re looking to explore Arizona a bit, take in one of the Seven Wonders of the World, right here in our own backyard – The Grand Canyon, prepare to be awed!!! There’s Meteor Crater, another awesome experience, the Sand Dunes, the Petrified Forest, Oak Creek Canyon and Slide Rock, the Saguaro and Organ Pipe Cactus Parks, and don’t miss Biosphere 2. Try to get to Tombstone to see the O.K. Corral, to Bisbee, and definitely plan a day to be rejuvenated in the Red Rocks of Sedona.

For water fun, there are many nearby lakes such as Lake Pleasant, Saguaro Lake, and Apache Lake. A bit further and you can enjoy, Lake Meade, Lake Havasu, or Roosevelt Lake; all worth the drive.

Did you know with the D-Backs, Suns, Cards, and Coyotes our Valley of the Sun is one of only 13 “cities” who can boast to have all 4 major sports franchises? It’s also home to MLB’s Cactus League for Spring Training. Be sure to catch a game while here.

Go enjoy nearby Scottsdale’s famous nightlife where you can kick back and relax in a casual, come as you are environment, at Craft 64 for some artisan pizza and local craft beer or for a more international flavor, head to the Brat Haus for some Belgium and German Craft Beers and fare. Go wild and visit the wild, wild, west at the Rusty Spur or if line-dancing strikes your fancy, or you just need some dance lessons, spend an evening at Handlebar J’s. You can also visit Downtown Scottsdale’s landmark the Coach House, which has been around for 50 years. If your more into clubbing all night there’s 270 Degrees on the 14th Floor of the Talking Stick Resort, the Maya Day + Nightclub, Bottled Blonde and Dirks Bentley’s Whiskey Row. Enjoy live music at the Center Stage Bar in the Hyatt Regency, listen to piano music at Mastro’s City Hall Steakhouse and for a little edgier of an evening there’s the Culinary Dropout. More interested in a “cocktail experience” then there are a number of acclaimed mixologists practicing their art at either the Jade Bar, Second Story Liquor Bar, Gertrude’s, Cowboy Ciao, or Citizen Public House.

Host profile image
Both my wife, Marina, and I are experienced world travelers having visited destinations all over North, Central & South America, Asia, and Europe. Throughout our travels, we've experienced the finest of each region's varied cultures/customs and brought back with us many ideas for what we feel it takes to host the most pleasant, relaxing, and enjoyable stay for our guests. We pride ourselves on delivering only what we would expect and accept during one of our own vacations.

We are experienced Hosts, with many Vacation Rental properties throughout Arizona, and it's our philosophy you are a guest in our home and our sole mission is that you feel 100% appreciated. If there's something we can do to make your stay more comfortable, we hope you immediately let us know. We commit to always be available and if for some reason we can't promptly answer your call ie. we're taking in a movie and need to step out of the theater, we pledge to get back to you as soon as possible! We realize your vacation time is valuable and each minute spent standing by is time taken away from your relaxation or fun, so we cringe at the thought of you waiting. We're here to answer any question no matter how large or how small; to provide you with as much assistance as possible, and generally make your stay as memorable as we feasibly can.

Given our passion for real estate, we have several short-term vacation rentals plus 100's of full-time apartments and rental homes spread all over this beautiful state of Arizona, all of which we've meticulously renovated using only the same high-end standards as our vacation properties. If you love your Airbnb home-away-from-home and are entertaining an extended stay in the area, we likely have a longer-term unit, just as lovely, we can make available for you to tour.

Why they chose this property

We own nearly 80% of the condos in this small boutique Arcadia-Lite community and use them as long-term rental properties. We have such positive feedback from our tenants and rarely have a vacancy, so we decided to make one of the awesome units into a vacation rental property for vacationers and or business travels to enjoy. It has so much to offer with its contemporary style and convenient central Phoenix location. You will definitely enjoy both the location and the condo itself.

What makes this property unique

This central Phoenix location is so convenient to everything Arcadia and The Biltmore areas have to offer. It's just a short walking distance to many bars and restaurants or just a short drive to some of the best shopping the Phoenix/Scottsdale area has to offer.
