This stylish, modern industrial style 2,000 sq. ft. 4 bedroom/2 bath house is within walking/biking distance to ASU and downtown Tempe/Mill Avenue. It is a comfortable, fully remodeled home with a 60" high def TV with Sling, panoramic WIFI, BBQ grill, and a spacious yard with a covered patio for outdoor dining and relaxing. It also has a well appointed kitchen with all cooking essentials and microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Beds are comfortable with quality linens. There is a king bed in the master with an attached bath. There is a queen in one room, a queen bed and full size futon in one room, and a full size bed in the last room. There is also a queen air mattress and a pack n play. The house is nicely furnished with a sectional sofa and unique specialty decor pieces. There are also 2 desks for those guests needing to get some work done. Hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner are included. Iron and ironing board provided. There is plenty of free parking on the property. House is less than 10 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport and 10 minutes from Spring Training Baseball Fields. House is also a short bike ride to ASU and downtown Tempe/Mill Ave, light rail, and Tempe Town Lake.

Great house in a walkable neighborhood

Booked this house for a reunion of friends who happened to live down the street. We had 5 adults staying with us. The house was perfect for a group with plenty of room in the open living, eating, kitchen area. The kitchen was equipped with all we needed. Property was very clean and The home had ample supplies if you ran out of essentials. Coffee and tea with creamers and flavored syrups were a nice addition. Beds were comfortable with extra blankets and towels. Owners checked in to ask if we needed anything. Especially liked and appreciated the easy check in and keypad access that the owners set to be unique to me. Made coming and going for all staying there easy. Also appreciated and enjoyed the outside area that was warm and sunny even in January. It’s a quiet street within easy walking distance of the main street (and WholeFoods Market) and a local dog park ( since we had our dog with us). Thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this property.

Kira’s Birthday Stay

The property was a great location for us since we wanted to be close to the Tempe action. It was clean, kitchen was stocked even though we brought our own stuff, and even had corn hole! Checking in was easy and didn’t have a single issue.

Cozy stay!

It didn’t take long to feel really cozy and comfy at this house! The owners had great communication. There wasn’t anything they didn’t have that I needed. It was clean and the beds and bedding were very fresh!

March 2021- long weekend trip

My family and I had a great stay in Danny & Sandra’s home. This home is in a fantastic location, clean, comfortable and a joy to stay in. The communication between Danny & Sandra was superb!! I would highly recommend this home and will be staying here again in the future!!

This house was perfect for our stay and when we got stuck 2 extra nights due to weather they were awesome in allowing us to extend our stay. The hosts were very nice and responsive!

Convenient to ASU,

This Tempe house is in such a convenient location and very close to ASU. The house is so inviting and I love the industrial look. Well done! Most importantly, the beds are super comfortable! Sandra is such a pleasant host and the communication is excellent. There is also a great backyard if you have dogs that like to run around for exercise. Highly recommend!

Wonderful hosts and location

Sandra and Danny were exceptional hosts! They let us checkin a few hours early when we arrived Into town earlier than expected! Communication was great and checkin process was very easy! House was very clean and beds were comfortable! We were Close to downtown tempe we easily walked to eat lunch or short uber ride! We were there for spring training and all the fields are within 10 miles! We would definitely stay here again if we come back to town!

Comfy and Modern

Great spot for our quick weekend getaway. The house was clean, well appointed with some nice snacks provided and Sandra and Denny were great at communicating.
