🌵 Cozy Cactus Home near Old Town & ASU 🌵 Pool ⭐ Game Room ⭐ BBQ ⭐ Fire Pit ⭐

Central location with lots of amenities! This cute cozy home is great for family and friends with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and even a high chair and pack 'n play. Enjoy the pool, BBQ and fire pit in the backyard. Then come inside to play some foosball, board games, stream shows and movies on two Roku TVs and use all your devices with Wi-Fi speeds up to 940 Mbps. Close to Old Town Scottsdale, Phoenix airport, ASU, Spring Training, Tempe Town Lake, Papago Park, Phoenix Zoo, and many restaurants and shops.

Please note that there are 4 video/audio security cameras recording the front yard of the property. There is also a non-recording noise monitoring device installed on the property.

Please note: Per manufacturer, the top bunk weight capacity is 250 lb and the bottom bunk weight capacity is 350 lb. Queen tri-fold memory foam floor mattress stored in master closet for use in the living room.

No large parties! Small gatherings allowed only upon host pre-approval. (Must agree to additional rules and may incur additional fees.) Please inform host if you plan to have any daytime visitors. Quiet hours from 10pm-7am.

No smoking and no pets allowed.

Pool is not heated. The pool water feature (waterfall) does not work and is not for climbing. Pool depth starts around 4 feet and goes to around 8 feet deep. Please note: Pool maintenance comes by, through the side gate, every Monday morning for maintenance.

Landscaping maintenance comes by, through the side gate, every first Wednesday of the month for maintenance.

Charcoal is not provided for the BBQ. Please clean after use for next guests.

Feel free to pick from citrus trees in the front and back yard if they are in season!

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
No need to strip beds, just leave unmade.
Pleas turn AC up to 80 in the warmer months or the heat down to 60 in the cooler months before leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 pm - 7am. No parties! You are responsible for any city fees incurred from any noise complaints etc.
Fireplace is for decorative use only. Do not burn wood. No candles in the house please.
Guests will use the pool, bunk bed, and fire pit at their own risk and will not hold the host liable. Children welcome but house NOT baby/child proof.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The kitchen was well stocked, with everything we needed, including a spice rack and a five-star coffee bar with options for drip coffee or French press. We enjoyed the game room with tons of options for family fun. The hosts even included a first aid kit, which we needed after one of us took a tumble at Hole in the Rock. We’re grateful for a truly great stay. Perfect location too!

The stay was a great way to spend our time in Phoenix along with our family. Loved the huge kitchen area and entertainment area including the game room. Robby and Tracy were very promptly communicating though out our stay. The bedrooms were quite small and the the bathrooms weren't very neat and there was no exhaust in the master bathroom. Outdoor pool and fire pit was super nice but unfortunately couldn't use it. Definitely recommend this stay to any family with kids.

We love our vacation home in Tempe because it's cute, cozy and has a pool! We can relax by the pool, play games, and then go out. Also, the location is great! The house is only 8 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, 10 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, 5 minutes from Arizona State University, 4 minutes from Tempe Town Lake, 8 minutes from Papago Park, 7 minutes from Desert Botanical Garden, and 8 minutes from Phoenix Zoo.
