Cozy home on the Caloosahatchee River in upscale neighborhood. This home is in prime location with easy access to all of Cape Coral and FT Myers. The home has Eastern exposure from the pool/lanai area. The home is on a double lot with lots of privacy from neighbors. The home has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, updated kitchen, heated pool and spa, internet with WiFi, tile flooring throughout the entire house except bedrooms. The property also has 2 boat lifts.

The host was extremely helpful and supportive of a situation we found ourselves in due to another host cancelling on us at the time we were due to check in. Ali at VRBO and Terry the host turned a horrible situation into a very pleasant one. The house was beautiful and very comfortable. We really had a great time here.

Property was very clean, well maintained, and the view of the river was amazing. Very quiet neighborhood and it was great to be able to keep my boat behind the house. Property manager was very responsive. No complaints whatsoever! Would stay here again if we have the opportunity.

The house was beautiful and very quite. The pool was very relaxing. Loved the view. We have stayed at about nine homes in cape coral the last 3 years and this one was yhe best. Will stay here again

Thanks for the great review. We take great pride in our home as this is also our personal vacation home. You left just before Hurricane Helene and thankfully we did not sustain any hurricane damage. Home, pool, cage and boat lift are all in perfect condition. Storm surge went about an a foot above the seawall. Just a little yard cleaning and all is fine.

Perfect summer vacation

This was our fourth vacation in Cape Coral in the last 3 years. This was by far our favorite house that we have stayed at. The property was exactly as advertised and the beds were actually comfortable for once! Fishing from the dock was great and we caught snapper, ladyfish, sheepshead, and catfish. The kids spent all day in the pool when we weren’t shell hunting on Sanibel. The location was perfect as it is centrally located and close to everything you could need.

Amazing Riverfront Reprieve

After a long year running our company it was so peaceful to just settle in and relax in this riverfront rental. Everything is perfect from thr view, fishing, pool, spa fown to the beds and furniture. It was all comfortable and relaxing. We will return for future relaxation! Thank you Terry for an amazing stay! P.S. the pool system is super easy to work! A major plus as we have stayed in many riverfront rentals in cape coral and they are not always a breeeze to adjust to spa, the lights etc..

Beautiful Home, Great Location

The house was beautiful and just as shown with most everything you need provided. A great location for boats - easy access to the ocean. Beautiful view! Owner and house manager responded quickly to any concerns. I thought the extra electricity charge was rather high for one week for mostly only 2 people but maybe the rates are higher than what we are used to. Fort Myers, Sanibel, Captiva, and even Cape Coral still have a lot of hurricane damage and places closed down including the public beach. Other than that, great place to stay!

Great home in March 2020

My family of 2 adults, 2 grandparents, and 2 kids (ages 8 & 11) enjoyed this property during the Covid-19 quarantine. The location is AMAZING! Enjoying views of the river, having a pool, and being close to all major stores puts this property above most others. The neighborhood has the best roads and canals for walking and biking; and has a very safe feeling. Everyday we walked twice a day and saw many of the same couples doing the same. The house comes with enough kitchen appliances, bath towels, and blankets. We were also lucky enough to have management/housekeeping leave some of the condiments from previous visitors so we did not have to purchase some of those items. If you are looking for Good/Strong Wifi this place has it! My children had to complete eLearning for school and everyone was able to get online at the same time and complete work and school assignments. Some of the disappointing factors. The house has absolutely NO tv channels beyond the 4 local channels. If you are a family that likes to watch TV at night plan accordingly with bringing your Roku Stick. We don't have good internet access at home so we don't have any of those options. We also thought the house was lacking extra beach towels. They had around 6 available but we felt there could have been more. All around I would DEFINITLY recommend this house to anyone looking to spend some time in Cape Coral.
