Great location, clean very roomy, all the utensils and dishes you could possibly need. We stayed two nights and road the trails for two days. Good internet service and tv channels were plentiful. We will definitely be back!

We had a large group because our son was getting married. The house was perfect. We also had 3 children who enjoyed the large yard. They had plenty of room to run. While they played we enjoyed the outdoor patio. The wedding was taking place on Mount Magazine so the drive was less than 10 minutes. We will definitely stay again.

The property was very nice. You could leave the house on your sxs and hit the trails. Plenty of parking for trailers. House was very clean and put together. Everything you needed was there.
