Rosewood cottage is a charming little house sitting in the middle of town. It consists of two bedrooms and one bath with a fully stocked kitchen, an office with a desk and monitor with a full size futon bed and a washer and dryer available for use.

Pets (up to 2 dogs/less than 25 pounds) are allowed for an additional $40 fee (goes to the cleaning staff). Please make sure that you click the number of people and add your friend!

The driveway is long and wide enough for 2 trucks and trailers for your atvs/SXS. There are 3 outdoor security cameras covering the driveway, front yard/driveway, and back door. These cameras can be disabled upon request.

Shelter from the Storm [Really just Rain]

We came up to visit friends and see the Fall foliage. Unfortunately, it rained incessantly and was cold the whole time we were in Arkansas. Nevertheless, the house was perfect for our friends to come visit us for an afternoon. The house was well-furnished. The host/owner responded quickly and appropriately to all of our questions. There is a nice fenced in backyard that I wish we could have used, but rain prevented it. We would stay here again without hesitation and enthusiastically recommend it.
