This very cozy Parisian apartment is located two blocks away from the Champs de Mars, a large public greenspace / park which faces the Eiffel Tower.

The buiding dates from the 20th century . It is located on the 7th floor with an elevator and a great view on the eiffel Tower from balconies.

This apartment has recently been fully refurbished with a lot of style. It is oriented southwest and is quiet. It has wooden floors.

This 40m2 apartment is extremely functional and can easily accomodate 3 adults or a family with 1 teenager – with a queen size bed ( that could be divided in 2 beds if needed ) – and a fold out couch in the living room.

- Bedroom as a queen size bed that can be separated in 2 singles beds.

- Living room has a fold out couch full size.

- Kitchen is open plan with dish washer, washer dryer and a top induction stove. It has also a bar where you can eat at.
