Great location and condo!

The location was perfect for us. The condo was exactly as stated. The deck next to the river was soothing and attracted many elk! We had a snafu with the keys and Jeff worked overtime to solve our issue. We would definitely rent again.

Great property!

We had a wonderful time during our stay at this property. Jeff, the host, was extremely helpful and easy to work with. The check in process was so easy and they provided us with a crib for our infant daughter. Our unit was directly on the river and we saw wildlife every day including deer, elk, and a bear. The unit was spacious enough for our whole family and very convenient to downtown Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. I highly recommend this unit!

Absolutely beautiful!

We absolutely LOVED the location of this condo! The fact we could sit on the deck at all times during the day and evening and enjoy the beautiful river was our favorite part...even saw a deer cross the river:) Jeff (property owner) is the best! He was kind enough to call us before our trip to check in to see if we had any questions and was very responsive to our email inquiries. We will definitely be back and will recommend this place to everyone we know. The staff were also super friendly and we love the fact we could recycle!!! Thank you for your kindness and the opportunity to rent your condo! Kindre & John
