Spend your days on the deck relaxing, or on the lake boating, water skiing, swimming, fishing & Kayaking. Off season this home is close to wineries, shopping, skiing (1/2 hour to Crystal Mountain), snowshoeing, ice fishing right outside your door, cross country skiing, 15 minutes to downtown Traverse City or Interlochen Arts Academy. Only about 45 minutes from the Sleeping Bear Dunes. Summer vacation does not get any better than this! If you are coming up for the Great Lakes Equestrian festival, this makes a great spot to come home to after a long day of showing. Just a short drive away to the every popular downtown Traverse City scene. Great restaurants, wineries, shopping and more.

Sorry, renters CANNOT brig their own boat. Owner has a tritoon boat on property and will rent it to his renters for a great price. There cannot be any other boats on the property.

Long Lake is the most popular lake in this area, it even has an island! It is large enough for all types of watercraft and great for fishing and well as all water sports. Just 10 minutes to Traverse City!
