About this property

For rent an excellent apartment in the picturesque village of Puerto Santiago. The apartment is located in a new complex with a large swimming pool (there is an area for children in the pool) and lifts. Next to the complex is the supermarket Super Dino, cafes and restaurants for all tastes, as well as two fruit shops. There is a bus stop nearby, car rental office. In the area there is a pharmacy, an excellent walk to walk and two beaches with black volcanic sand (Playa La Arena and Playa Chica). The Liddle supermarket is 15 minutes away on foot, Mercadona 20 minutes away. The apartment is located on the top floor, very sunny and cozy. It can accommodate 4 people comfortably. The sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with: microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge, ceramic hob, all the necessary utensils. Also in the apartment there are bed linen and towels, iron, hair dryer. Wifi. Air conditioner. With parking around the complex, there is never any problem. A great place to relax.
