Spectacular view of La Gomera from the terrace, new and equipped kitchen, renovated bathroom, bedroom with double bed. FREE WIFI. We have a communal pool with a large solarium. The Playa de La Arena, European Blue Flag, with its hot and black sand, is a three minute walk. The Avenida de la playa has many restaurants for all tastes. On the nearby Los Gigantes pier you can go canoeing and sail to Masca Beach.

Beautiful Ocean View Stay

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Miguel's cozy apartment. The view was amazing, the location great and close to the ocean as well as a few nice restaurants (try Martini and the bar The View) and the pool really nice and refreshing! Miguel was very nice and helpful and checked in on us (via Whatsapp) from time to time if everything was ok. A nice place to visit!

Paradise

Found this little gem, through Home and Away after nearly booking a apartment in Adeje, thank god I didn't. This apartment has everything you want. Lovely balcony overlooking the sea, Roof top Pool and Solerium. You are only 2 minutes walk to the Shops, Restaurants and bars and the beach. Sun beds are a day. Found a lovely restaurant Casa Pepe, try the Steak and Mexican Sauce, fantastic. You can walk to Los Gigantes in about 20 minutes. There is also a lovely coastal walk to Alcala that takes about 1 hour well worth it. Thanks again to Miguel and Inma, we hope to return soon

Super Lage, super Unterkunft! Ankommen und direkt entspannen.

Die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist traumhaft. Man sieht sogar La Gomera. Die gesamte Wohnung und der Poolbereich sind sehr sauber und gepflegt! Die Ausstattung ist gut, alles was man braucht befindet sich in der Wohnung. Der Vermieter hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und die Kommunikation war top. Wir haben viele Insider Tipps bekommen, um die Insel und ihre Facetten zu entdecken. Der Strand ist fussläufig zu erreichen, einige kleine Supermärkte auch. Größere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Gegend ist trotz ihrer zentralen Lage ruhig. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Estupendo

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Die Ferienwohnung mit Pool und die ideale Lage für Wanderungen und Strandgänge ist kaum zu toppen. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und hielten regelmäßigen Kontakt zu uns. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr empfehlenswert.

Appartement confortable avec vue très agreable

L'appartement est très agréable, situation, vue de la terrasse, il ne manque rien. Le propriétaire Miguel est à l'écoute et disponible, merci à lui d'avoir fait le déplacement pour nous rencontrer à notre départ malgré le déplacement et la distance. Seul problème, le stationnement très difficile le soir et l'interdiction de stationner dans la rue pas très compréhensible, attention aux amendes, j'ai le sentiment que les voitures de location sont particulièrement visées par les propriétaires de l'immeuble d'en face. Le stationnement est un problème récurent à Tenerife. Merci à Miguel pour son hospitalité

Très bien

Logement tres propre, très bien équipé, tout pour passer un séjour parfait. Le plus la piscine et surtout la vue du balcon exceptionnelle, on peut y prendre le petit-déjeuner et siroter un cocktail le soir en regardant le soleil se coucher.

A wonderful apartment!

My wife and I stayed for a month Sep/Oct 2022. Miguel was waiting for us when we arrived and told us everything about the apartment and local area. Everything was spotlessly clean and there was a good supply of cleaning/laundry products, cooking materials, (foil, baking paper, freezer bags etc.) even oils, vinegars, herbs and spices. It made it feel just like home from the start! The Edificio public areas and the pool area is cleaned daily by a friendly and thorough lady. There are only a couple of sunbeds by the pool so we ended up buying couple of foldable ones which we sold to another resident when we left. Maybe these could be provided by Inma & Miguel for guests use? The location is great and only a few minutes walk to bars, restaurants, a supermarket and the beach. Los Gigantes is about a 40min walk as is Alcalá in the other direction. Both are reached via a coastal walkway. We hired a car to tour the island and were able to park right outside the Edificio every day. All in all, this was a great place to stay with a very friendly and attentive host and the icing on the cake is the view from the balcony. What a great place to have a glass of wine and watch the sun go down over the sea. Fantastic!

Excellent séjour

Superbe accueil par Miguel qui s'est adapté à notre heure d'arrivée avec toutes les explications utiles pour rejoindre l'appartement. L'appartement est très calme, propre, très récent et confortable. Il est aussi très bien équipé, notamment si vous aimez cuisiner. Nous avons fait tous nos repas et petit déjeuner sur la terrasse, la vue est magnifique sur la mer et l'île de la Gomera. La plage est à 2 pas, très jolie plage de sable fin noir, une des plus belles de l'île et loin de la masse des touristes des Gigantes. On peut aller au Gigantes à pied. Il est tres facile de se garer dans la rue et il y a tous les commerces nécessaires à proximité ainsi que de bons petits restos. Tout était parfait. Nous recommandons à 100%. Merci Miguel!

Schöne Wohnung und freundlicher Gastgeber!

Die Wohnung scheint frisch renoviert, sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Vermieter ist hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Der Blick auf das Meer und die Insel Gomera ist ein Highlight, der Swimmingpool ein weiteres Plus. Hier kann man sich sehr wohlfühlen.

Late summer holiday

We felt very welcome by Inma and Miguel. The flat is very comfortable, everything you need is there and the view of the sea and La Gomera is priceless. Playa de la Arena is near and Puerto de los Gigantes not too far away for a walk. We had a wonderful stay and will be happy to return.

Beautiful apartment in a great location

This was a beautiful, clean and well appointed apartment. It is well positioned close to the beach and local amenities. The view from the balcony is wonderful and the owner was very friendly and helpful. We had a fantastic stay.

Comodidad y ubicación excelente

La ubicación no puede ser mejor a 2 minutos a pie de la playa. Todo muy limpio y perfectamente equipado. No falta de nada. Inma y Miguel fueron muy amables y nos facilitaron la recepción y la salida, así como aconsejarnos perfectamente sobre qué actividades hacer durante nuestra estancia. Repetiremos.

Everything as advertised, if not better. Just book it without thinking!

The view from the balcony is so beautiful, better than in pictures. The flat had everything we needed, including a very fast internet connection and a modern washing machine. The kitchen is well equipped with a big fridge, oven, microwave and all the utensils you can think of, even spices were provided. Location is great where you can catch frequent buses to discover the island. The nearby beach, reachable in 2 mins by foot, is one of the most beautiful we have seen in Tenerife. The supermarket, fruit shop and the Indian restaurant Bombay Babu nearby made our lives really easy. The owners Inma & Miguel are lovely people, communication with them was great. Only downside we can think of is the relatively small double bed, which we guess is a standard size in Spain anyways. Will definitely consider visiting again.
