This property has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and another with 2 bunk beds, single over full. This house can sleep 12 with the pull out couch. It comes with 2 living areas to give kids their space. Enjoy your sunsets and fireworks from the rooftop deck in addition to a fenced in backyard with a sectional couch and picnic table. Amenities Included are 6 beach badges, WiFi, gas grill, outdoor shower and kitchen is fully equipped.

Great house bayside

Comfortable house with different areas to be together. Enjoyed fenced in backyard after the beach. Top deck had great shade and open area. Short walk to shops and places to eat. Close to bay to see the sunset.

North Beach Haven

This was a terrific property for our group: two active adults, three 20 something kids, and a dog (who loved LBI!). There was ample, comfortable space, and the kitchen was well-stocked. I would not recommend it for a group with very young children or elderly because the home's staircases and the walk to the beach (crossing the main avenue) might be challenging for them. The owners were very responsive. The deck and yard are a plus!

Great location, clean, affordable.

Nice clean home in a great location. Owner was very easy to communicate with and quickly responded. Check in was extremely easy. Make sure to bring your linens and towels.

Wonderful week

My family and I had a great time! House was great. Clean, well kept, lovely decor. Well stocked kitchen. Close to all. A few blocks from shops, beach, rides and waterpark. Easy communication with owners. Would stay here again.
