Dix-Sea-Land Delight: Close to beach, private pool, quiet street

Dix-Sea-Land Delight is a modern, well-appointed 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom retreat in Bradenton Beach, set on a quiet street just off Gulf Drive — a few minutes' walk from the white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Shops and restaurants throughout Bradenton Beach are also within walking distance, putting the whole island experience at your doorstep. A private, heated pool and outdoor dining area round out the setting for easy island living.

Downstairs, the oversized master suite features a king bed and an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower, large vanity, and Jacuzzi tub. A third bedroom is also on this level, outfitted with two twin-over-twin bunk beds — four twins total — plus a TV, making it a great fit for kids or additional guests.

Upstairs, the second bedroom offers a king bed and its own private ensuite bathroom. Step out onto the large private deck just off this room to catch the sea breeze and take in Gulf views.

With three well-separated sleeping areas, two private decks worth of outdoor space, and a heated pool at the center of it all, Dix-Sea-Land Delight balances privacy and togetherness for groups who want both.

PETS: Please note this property does NOT allow pets.

PARKING: 3 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This was my families 5th time at this property in the past 10 years. 2nd time under this management group. We love this place so much! Great management group to work with, very fast to respond, and get things taken care of. My kids still call this our vacation house. Pool was great! Short walk to the beach, with plenty of beach accessories available. Everything was clean and tidy as always! Love the location and everything about this place. You will love it here!

Our stay at this property was fantastic. Our family of 5 including three kids under 5 stayed very comfortably, and could easily have fit another small family. It was well stocked and a very easy walk to the beach. We used the beach wagon provided as well as the umbrella, chairs and beach cooler. There was a pack and play and a small stroller at the property as well. The pool was perfect after a day at the beach and had a perfect shallow area for small children. I would definitely book this place again.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The private pool was amazing and you are two blocks from the beach. The location is nice and quiet with some action and restaurants about a 20 minute walk away. We brought our one year old and the pool was perfect, having a large shallow area for her to sit and play in. The house does not come packed with condiments or anything so if you’re planning on cooking in, just know you’ll have to buy everything you need. We would definitely stay here again.

This home was magnificent. Property was very clean, had every amenity that we could think of including beach chairs, towels, umbrellas. We didn't use the pool as we were always at the beach, the grill worked great. The master bathroom was huge and my favorite part of the house. I loved the ocean decor, definitely made an ocean vacation even more fun and relaxing. Everything in the house worked and we had no issues, never needed to contact the hosts. Loved that we were able to walk a short 2 mins to the beach, this was a huge plus for our family. Property was about a 20 min walk to bridge street where there are shop and restaurants. We would surely stay again and recommend to others.

Cute, shabby chic house but more shabby than chic. Great location to the beach. Living room furniture old and uncomfortable. Needs a new cleaning service. Dirt around door handles and toothpaste gobs left in different bathrooms. The frig is old and leaks when you use the icemaker. 4 bathrooms is a bonus! Water pressure is good and the mattresses are comfortable. Definitely not worth the price we paid.

Family Vacay

This house is located in the middle of the hustle and bustle. You can drive north it gets busier and you can drive south and it gets busier. But a perfect walk to the beach. The best part about it is the pool that provides relief from the beach when it gets hot. The pool is perfect for all ages.

Great house, great location

Great location to beach, just about a block away. The house was perfect for two families of 4 that we had. Bunk room for all the kids and two separate rooms (master and a loft) for the adults. Pool was nice to have for breaks from the beach. Check in/out process was easy and good communication from host.
