Directly by the sea, this beautiful set is located in a very quiet residential area and faces the Islets Madame and Chancel.



The small beach of Baie-Coco is less than 2 km away and the town of Robert is around 7 km away.



The Robert is a good starting point to discover the different aspects of Martinique, the Northern relief as well as the beaches of the south.





The house

Having a privileged situation on a vast ground of 2700 m ² by seaside, this exceptional residence proposes:



A large central bungalow very ventilated and open on 3 sides with large glass doors, consisting of:

- 1 sitting area with large sofa, ottomans, coffee table, flat screen (no TNT) and a collection of films (DVD)

- 1 dining area with large table and chairs

- 1 beautiful American kitchen, well equipped with counter and stools overlooking the vast living room

- 1 independent toilet



3 independent bungalows air-conditioned, where are distributed the rooms which propose:

- 1 large double bed (King size) 180x200cm

- 1 dressing room

- 1 shower room

- 1 small desk with chair for one and a mini console with chair for the other two

- 1 pull-out bed (for 2 children or teens)

- 1 terrace



In front of the living room, a beautiful secured swimming pool of 28 m² with terrace solarium and deckchairs
