A charming villa with a beautiful view

We loved our stay at Villa Diamant. The photos don't lie -- it's private, clean, and a good location from which to explore a beautiful island. We shared the place with a stray cat we took to calling "Lucy." She was charming at first, less so the more she begged for food. But you can't fault her taste in scenery -- that view is one-of-a-kind.

A perfect piece of heaven

Please don’t hesitate to stay here, for us it has been utterly amazing. Every night we have watched the fireflies and listened to the waves. We have watched the humming birds every morning whilst eating our breakfast. We even watch. Mongoose trot round the garden. This villa has everything you need for a perfect . The owner answered all our questions and was very accommodating when we needed to change our dates .

Nous n'avons pas apprécié le système de récupération des clés et personne pour nous accueillir. L'escalier pour décendre du parking à la villa est dangereux. L'entretien du terrain laisse à désirer, la vue sur la mer était cachée par la végétation et ne correspondait pas aux photos.la climatisation de la petite chambre est trés bruyante. Sinon la villa est bien équipée et confortable.

Les plus :maison propre emplacement vraiment exceptionnel calme total, les pieds dans l'eau vue splendide et petite plage adorable 50 m par accès quasi privé. Les moins (mineurs): masquer les bâches des citernes en contrebas de la terrasse (pas tres esthétique), deuxième chambre petite, vaisselle trop juste (assiettes , bols) pas de plat de présentation, pas de bassine pour faire tremper le linge délicat, 1 seule glace et sans prise de courant attenante. Néanmoins tres satisfait du séjours juste un peu dommage qu'il y ait ces désagréments (petits) facilement solutionnables

La Villa est parfaite, telle que vue dans l’annonce. La petite plage à 1 minutes de marche est superbe et assez privée. Si on revient en Martinique c’est certain qu’on reloue cette villa.

Un lieux idylliques!

Une vue imprenable sur la mer des Caraïbes. La petite plage très facilement accessible en deux minutes. Le bruit des vagues vous accompagne toute la journée. Magnifique séjour !

Hébergement pour 4 personnes dans un endroit merveilleux emplacement privilégié au bord direct de la mer (rochers).vue magnifique sur la baie et le rocher du Diamant.Endroit tranquille sans vis à vis (sauf le bruit des vagues).La villa est toute équipée très propre et proche des commodités en voitures.Accès rapide à pieds à 50 m d’une plage intimiste. Nous avons passé un excellent sejour. La villa est juste magnifique, tout le nécéssairey est!..la vue est exceptionnelle ! Calme, repos, juste le bruit des vagues. La petite plage à quelques mètres est tres jolie ! Le seul point negatif : quitter la Martinique pour retourner en métropole 🙁

Très bel emplacement

Villa bien orientée et correctement équipée. Petite plage très proche à pied très appréciable et, de retour à la villa, douche extérieure pour se rincer bien pratique. Climatisation dans les deux chambres efficaces. Seul regret : cuisine minimaliste (table de cuisson avec seulement deux feux difficilement utilisables ensembles et, surtout, pas de Four). Néanmoins, très bon séjour dans l’ensemble.

Nous nous attendions à quelque chose de superbe et nous n'avons pas été déçus, bien au contraire. Le site est idéalement bien placé, tranquille au bout d'un chemin, avec un accès direct à une petite plage. Nous nous sommes sentis privilégiés et confortables. Le logement est suffisamment équipé, idéalement structuré et ce fut 3 semaines de détente et de bonheur.

Superbe!!

Emplacement idéal , la meilleure vue au diamant et la mer si proche de la terrasse. Un petit chemin qui donne accès à une petite plage fabuleuse. Toutes les commodites à côté. Environnement très calme que le bruit de la mer. Juste une petite remarque il manque un canapé ou 2 fauteuils confortables pour se mettre devant la télé. Un détail.. autrement maison très bien équipée il ne manque rien. La prochaine fois si elle est disponible je reviendrai ici. Merci laurent 👍

Traumhafter Aufenthalt während Corona

Im Januar 2021 waren wir für knapp 4 Wochen hier. Die Lage direkt oberhalb des Meers ist absolut traumhaft. Der direkte Blick auf den Rocher du Diamant einfach unbeschreiblich. Check-in und Check-out waren etwas schwierig, wir kamen aber mit etwas Verzögerung nach Kontakt mit dem Vermieter per WhatsApp in das Ferienhaus, leider mit 1 Stunde Verzögerung und einem leichten Sonnenbrand. Das Ferienhaus ist bestens für 2-3 Personen geeignet. Es liegt am Ende einer kleinen unbefestigten und ausgefahrenen Zufahrt, dafür aber ist der Bereich des Hauses für Fremde nicht einsehbar. Die fast komplett überdachte Terrasse ist wie ein zusätzlicher Wohnraum. Die Loungemöbel könnten etwas bequemer, großzügiger sein. Im Außenbereich hätte der Rasen wieder einer Pflege bedurft. Dieser bot in seinem Zustand eine „gute“ Lebensgrundlage für die kleinen Plagegeister (Mücken). Für einen längeren Aufenthalt am Abend auf der Terrasse empfahlen sich daher entweder lange Hose und langärmliges T-Shirt oder entsprechend viel Autan gegen Mücken (protection contre les moustiques). Über einen etwas versteckten Pfad entlang der Klippen ist man in 2 Minuten am kleinen Strand unweit vom Ferienhaus. Der Weg dorthin über die Straße dauert etwa 5 Minuten. Dieser kleine Strand eignet sich hervorragend, um mal kurz im Meer zu baden. In diesem Ferienhaus konnten wir vom Alltagsstress sofort abschalten. Durch die traumhafte Lage war sofort das Urlaubsgefühl vorhanden. Wir hatten uns binnen kurzer Zeit perfekt eingelebt und es quasi wie unser Zuhause empfunden. Der Abschied nach wundervollen 4 Wochen fiel uns dementsprechend schwer. Die kleinen Unzulänglichkeiten werden durch die ausgezeichnete Lage und den atemberaubenden Ausblick vollständig aufgehoben. Dieses Ferienhaus ist absolut zu empfehlen. Wir kommen garantiert wieder.

Un séjour de rêve

Nous sommes venus avec nos 2 enfants passer les fêtes de Noël. La Martinique, c’est la 5e fois que nous y séjournons, et nous changeons d’emplacement à chaque voyage. Mais là, on n’a pas été déçus; emplacement proche de la supérette et du centre ville, la petite plage quasi privée à quelques dizaines de mètres, la VUE !! Le logement possède tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin, les chambres sont grandes, tout était parfait ! De plus, c’est calme. Nous serions ravis de revenir y résider lors d’un prochain voyage. On recommande sans hésitation

Loin des résidences de vacances et autres clubs, la villa est simplement idéale, au calme avec une vue extraordinaire Situation stratégique pour circuler de part et d'autres du sud de la Martinique Ce qui n'empêche pas de passer du temps au nord en louant une voiture Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel en profitant des mâtinées pour visiter et de la fin de journée pour aller à la petite plage juste à côté de la villa Coup de cœur pour petite anse d arlet où nous avons eu la chance de rencontrer une tortue le dernier jour Le conseil, profiter du décalage horaire pour commencer la journée de bonne heure et éviter la galère pour se garer et profiter du calme dans l'eau. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour poursuivra la découverte.
