Ocean's Reach 1A2, Gulf-Front Corner Unit, Dunes Golf Privileges!

Newly Renovated UNIT 1A2:  You'll feel as though you've never left the beach as soon as you see the beautiful ocean-themed colors that welcome you into this spirited two-bedroom condo! 

Two comfortable recliners take center stage in the living area, while the kitchen is fully decked out for the captain and crew. Both bedrooms are highlighted by feature walls and gorgeous bedding. Flat screen TVs featured in all rooms.  In-room safe. King bed in master bedroom; queen bed in guest bedroom, easily allowing two couples to travel together and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Maximum occupancy: 6 people. Flexible scheduling with just a 4-night minimum between May and Mid December. (excluding holidays).

Direct gulf-front views from the lanai and master.  Second-floor location looks out to a short but gorgeous path that heads straight to the beach!

Enjoyed proximity to the elevator and stairwell. Great view and overall, super comfortable for our family.

The magic bus ice cream shop is also fun.

Our condo was super clean. The assigned parking spot was really nice. We didn’t get in until really late the first day and check in was still really easy. Loved the area. Loved our stay!

convenience and view

so convenient to everything in Sanibe.l, grocery store, restaurants, etc. Beautiful and relaxing view of the gulf. high interest on management's agenda was social distancing. excellent parking. only negative was ,since we are very elderly, no one to assist with umbrellas or carrying chairs to sit on beach so we didn't get to experience that aspect. .

Quintessential Sanibel Getaway

This property was absolutely delightful -- a corner unit; very clean and updated; right on the beach; convenient to Sanibel restaurants and activities. Owners included helpful information and extra comforts, such as tea kettle, box fans in the bedrooms, and hair dryers. Highly recommend!
