Newly Renovated UNIT 3B3: Take a deep breath and just exhale!

This one-bedroom unit offers exquisite furnishings and a sedate peaceful feeling, especially when you swivel your chair to look out at the amazing view. Master bedroom oozes tranquility and the promise of a deep night's sleep. Upscale furnishings throughout. Flat screen TVs featured in all rooms. In-room safe. Queen-sized sleeper sofa in living room. King bed in master bedroom. Maximum occupancy: 4 people. Flexible scheduling with just a 4-night minimum between May and Mid December (excluding holidays).

Direct gulf-front views from the large lanai. Third-floor location lets you "ooh and aah" as a panoramic view of the beach unfolds before your very eyes!

Relaxing resort

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ocean's Reach. Location is just steps from the beach, making it incredibly convenient. Our condo unit was clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful upon check in. We look forward to staying there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were so happy to see Ocean’s Reach back. It looks beautiful. The remodel in the unit we stayed is gorgeous. We do, however, have a major complaint. The very first night we were there we were eaten alive by no-see-ums on our lanai. At first we did not know what they were and called the office. We were told about the no-see-ums and advised to run the fan. We understand now they are a result of Hurricane Ian. We both ended up with hundreds of bites on our legs and arms and itched for two weeks. We probably spent $100 on sprays and ointments we got at the pharmacy on Sanibel. As soon as the pharmacist saw our legs she knew what happened to us. I think Ocean’s Reach should warn its guests and recommend that they spray with a repellant. All of our misery could have been avoided with a simple warning. We love coming to Ocean’s Reach, but were disappointed with this last visit.

Perfect condo for 2!

This condo was perfect for the 2 of us. Great location, right on the beach, and basically in the center of the island. Easy to get anywhere. Very nice, very clean. Great, relaxing view from the balcony!

Condo was totally overrated. Too expensive for what we got. Furniture was terrible. Goodwill furniture. It was clean. Lanai was the only redeeming issue. We will not be back.
