Newly Renovated UNIT 3D1: Spend the day in sunshine in this ground-floor two-bedroom condo simply soaked in beautiful sunbeams!

Extra corner windows add light to an already sunny unit, bathed in soothing cream colors. Sparkling new kitchen and spacious dining area make in-room dining a pleasure. Flat screen TVs featured in all rooms. In-room safe. King bed in master; queen bed and twin daybed trundle in guest bedroom. Maximum occupancy: 6 people. Flexible scheduling with just a 4-night minimum between May and Mid December (excluding holidays).

Direct gulf-front views from the lanai. Ground-floor corner location means you're just steps from the glistening pool and a few more to the stunning shell-strewn beach -- decisions, decisions, decisions!

All the amenities that you need to cook a meal and do laundry.

Nice peaceful location

The location is quiet, peaceful and very relaxing. The grounds well kept, the units are clean and up to date. The Only issue was the ac going out in our unit. They did move us but that was not without a bit of a challenge. The staff was not proactive at all and seemed annoyed and not helpful!!!! I had to call and stop in the office numerous times to find out what was going on. No one took the opportunity to check in with us or proactively initiate the unit move even after they found out the ac Unit needed to be replaced. Overall the stay was fine but for the price the staff should and could have been more compassionate and willing to help
