Good view of ocean with turtles and seasonal whales. Nicely landscaped with koi pond, on-site laundry facility, and swimming pool.

A much needed vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was great, just what we needed. It was just my husband and I. We loved that it was a corner location, had a nice breeze going through the condo. Our neighbors were always outside after we went and saw the sunset, we had some great conversations. The condo was very clean, there was even a cooler we could use for our hiking days. The beach chairs were great too. I will definitely be back to Prince Kuhio.

Nice condo with ocean view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in Prince Kuhio #310. The Condo has a beautiful view, is nicely decorated with a well outfitted kitchen & has good sheets & towels. It is close to the street on the 3rd floor. The sounds of the ocean help to decrease any noise. The breeze from the ocean help to keep it cool. It is well managed. We needed to do some additional cleaning of cup boards, patio door track and change a few light bulbs when we moved in. Terrin the manager was very helpful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location of property is great. The grounds are beautiful. It’s an older condo, but well equipped and clean. The view is pretty, but it’s an end unit so street noise is considerable. Be ready to climb stairs( 3 levels) because there’s no elevator. We could not get any of the lights over the headboard to work. Good value in a very expensive area.
