Welcome to Prince Kuhio #205. This one bedroom is the perfect place to stay while in Kauai. Recently renovated and fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy and relax. This gem with a spectacular ocean view is only a 100 yards to beautiful sandy Lawai Beach and fine dining at the Beach House restaurant. If your plan is to snorkel with sea turtles at Lawai Beach or surf at PKs, don't forget to end the day by relaxing in our newly renovated pool nestled between our tropical gardens.

Our unit features a full kitchen including 4 burner cooktop, oven, full size refrigerator/freezer, toaster, blender, microwave, and all the cookware you will need to whip up a home cooked meal.

We are located directly adjacent to Prince Kuhio Park and a 5 minute walk to The Shops At Kukui'ula where you can enjoy a wonderful dinner at Merriman's Fish House, satisfy your sweet tooth with an ice cream treat at Lappert's, or shop at the numerous high end boutiques.

We are walking distance to Baby Beach, 1-2 miles to Spouting Horn Park, National Botanical Gardens, Poipu Beach, Poipu Shopping Village, historic Koloa Town, Sheraton Hotel, and the Grand Hyatt Hotel.

For you convenience, we offer free covered parking, free Wi-fi internet, 50" smart TV, beach towels, beach chairs, boogie board, and cooler.

We did not use pool or bbq area but enjoyed the beautiful setting. My friend and I appreciated the cleanliness, the fully equipped kitchen and, especially the sitting area to enjoy the sunrise and for relaxation.

Felt very safe , views from unit were outstanding…looking out at the Prince Kuhio Park and the sea …lulled to sleep with the waves upon the rocks on the shoreline…only drawback was no a/c…there is always a trade wind breeze but it was still very warm.

Nice quiet complex with walking distance to three small quiet beaches. Owner very accessible for any assistance. 20 minutes from the airport and a low traffic area.

This was a lovely home away from home, with a fantastic view, plenty of space for 2, and convenient access to all Kauai delights. Absence of AC was offset by nice fans (couldn't turn the bedroom off) and ocean breeze.

Perfectly Simple!

The condo doesn’t have a ton of bells and whistles but for the price and what you get it’s all you would ever need. The kitchen is even a little bigger than the pictures show which was a nice surprise. We would 100% stay here again next time we are in Kauai and don’t want to pay the resort prices, plus Jim was fantastic, really cared about your experience/stay.

Great location, nice condo, comfy lanai. Just a heads up to the owner the two tommy bahama chairs are on their last leg one has no shoulder straps and the other the chair seat is almost ripped out. Obviously not a huge deal just a heads up! Great spot

Jim was excellent to work with. His quick response time to any questions was very much appreciated. This location is excellent! It's very close to great beaches, shopping and restaurants. I loved falling asleep to the sound of the ocean and appreciated the feel of the ocean breeze! The condo is well stocked, clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back. Thanks Jim!

Great Location and Complex

We had a great time and would recommend this property. The complex is just down the road from Poipu beach (5-10 minute drive) and away from the touristy hustle and bustle of that area. The grills and pool in the complex are very nice and we cooked a few meals with no complaints. The property itself is very clean and perfect for two people. We visited in November and could get a very nice breeze at night opening all the windows and leaving the sliding door partially open. We used the boogie boards, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, and beach towels every day at Brennecke’s or Poipu beach.

Short stay in paradise

I stayed a week in PK205, the condo a short walk/ drive to everything. The condo is well kept, nicely furnished, with a nice kitchen, eating area , bath . comfortable bed, and an additional pull out in TV - living room. Perfect size for my daughter and I. Pool area nice, beautiful koi ponds and bbq area . Parking in the main area by condo mostly full, but a multilevel parking garage is a short walk across property if main lot full. we enjoyed our stay, Thank you.

Great stay!

Great property. Great location. Building an unit were very well designed, providing amazing views of the ocean and mountains from the Lanai. Air flow, with the aid of ceiling fans, was excellent throughout the unit, providing refreshing temps and air all the time. Design with the living room/inside lanai adjacent to the outside lanai was excellent, providing wonderful views and breezes all the the time. Outside lanai, though small, was perfect for coffee and breakfast, and watching the sunrise. Unit was supplied with everything we needed, and Host Jim was very responsive. Location was great for exploring all of the island, from Koke'e to Hanalei! Thanks for the great stay!

Very nice condo

We enjoyed our stay in this condo; everything is clean, the kitchen is very well stocked with pans/utensils/dishes/etc, beach chairs & towels are provided as well as some other beach equipment. We enjoyed the living room/sun room which has a view of the ocean and almost always has a breeze. The balcony is very narrow but the sun room makes up for it. The property is very well maintained, nicely landscaped, and a large pool. There are 2 gas grills on the property for guest use. There is not an elevator. Lawai Beach is an easy walk.
