This home is simply spectacular! Located in a quiet neighborhood in West Sedona just a short walk from a bakery and restaurants. Large enough for several families or a large group get-together. Take a Swim or Relax in the hot tub, then enjoy a game of billiards, darts, air hockey or table tennis, or simple relax in one of the many recliner chairs in the cinema area and enjoy a show.

Fabulous Family Fun!

Perfect property for a little or a lot of everything for everyone (young or old). Epic sunrises to evening fire pit gatherings, our family of 11 (ages 7-70) always had an activity to enjoy (individually or with others). Phenomenal place! Highly recommend!

Golf trip 2024

Lori was great coordinating the checkin and checkout process and being there for any questions we had during our stay. The house was great and a close drive to everything you want to see in town.

10 year Anniversary Retreat

We had a wonderful time and beautiful weather. This location was perfect for our group. We spent most of our time I. The pool and spa. I would highly recommend and we will return again!

Fabulous Family Reunion

This was the perfect place for us to gather from 6 different states! The common space was spacious and comfortable, with beautiful wood detail the original owner designed and built. The kitchen was spectacular - our various "chefs" had everything they needed to put on some great meals. We especially enjoyed the pool, pool table, air hockey, and dartboard - lots to do to bring us together, no matter what age. Our hosts were wonderful - responsive and helpful. A truly magical time!

Lovely Home with all the Amenities

We enjoyed this property as a group of old friends gathering for a reunion. It was clean, spacious, and full of things to do… pool, hot tub,etc. Kitchen was very well organized and well stocked for real cooking. Property manager was very responsive to our needs.

Great place!

We thought the location was fantastic and the property was amazing. The only things that were confusing were the thermostat and trying to connect to the speakers/TV for casting. Other than that, it was great!

Sunsets and pool time!

We came to ride bikes and enjoy the sunsets - we looooved the pool chill time and the fire pit. The massive garage was a great bonus for building bikes and storing gear. The owners were very quick with all communications which is so important. Thank you for a wonderful experience in Sedona!

Amazing house!!

Our family of six adults absolutely loved this house. The owners thought of everything, leaving us not wanting anything. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the house amenities including the amazing basement activities, as well as the pool, made every moment memorable. The location was perfect also, close to everything we wanted to do. We will definitely come and stay here again.

Beautiful spacious home with all the toys!

We were still able to enjoy our rain-soaked stay in Sedona thanks to this lovely, well-equipped home. Kitchen has everything you need to cook for a large group, beds are comfy, and the pool table, ping pong and other games kept us happily occupied when we couldn't get outside to hike. Owners responded quickly to any concerns. We would happily rent again.

The Perfect Family Setup

Overall, this is an elite property and even better than advertised. The location is quiet but still an easy drive to all of the attractions. The house is nicely appointed and has a southwestern feel to it, which is a nice touch. The games, pool, sauna, and put put is a very nice touch. Also worth noting, the furniture is very comfortable, which is unfortunately becoming unusual for rental properties. Bravo!

Great House

Had a wonderful stay! 3 families with kids. House was immaculately clean, great set up with 3 well appointed bedrooms/bathrooms upstairs and 3 beds downstairs. Great hottub, pool, putting green, foozball, air hockey, pool table, ping pong, movie area, firepit etc. Always something for the kids to do. Better yet, a great space for them to play away from the adults. Kitchen also well appointed with anything you might need. Check in was easy with Lori coming by for a brief overview. Loved our stay. House was better than the photos show! Close drive to town. Quiet, safe neighborhood.

This is a fantastic house with a fantastic host by the name of Donna who has an incredible personality. The Home offers incredible space for groups, family reunions, or friends. The kitchen is stocked with everything and the Jacuzzi and pool were a great bonus after a long days of hiking. It’s in West Sedona very close to everything you need. I would definitely recommend this property and suggest that you book it if you have a large group. We had 13 and we had room for more. We did a farewell dinner and everyone was able to work through the kitchen without any issues at all, helping to cook, clean and create great memories. Donna is incredible. She took us through a tour of the Home showed us all the ropes and she has such a gentle and sweet, loving presence and a very happy spirit. Dealing with her was the most pleasurable and she is so personable. We would definitely come back again!

Our stay was perfection!! From check in to check out everything was incredible. Donna was so sweet - she met us at check in and told us everything we needed to know to enjoy the property to the fullest. Her and Mark thought of everything! The house had everything labeled, extra towels, blankets - anything you could need. The view was unreal and sitting in the balcony for the sunrise every morning was a dream. The house is so big that even with 15 of us we had ample space and weren’t even able to take advantage of every space the house has to offer. The location is perfect as well - outside of the main tourist area but close enough for easy access to anything and everything you’d want to do in Sedona. The grocery store is 5 minutes away too so running to get anything is a breeze. There’s local cafes and restaurants nearby too!A trip and stay of a lifetime - I hope I have the opportunity to come back someday :)

What makes this property unique

This house is approximately 5000 square feet and has much to offer for people of all ages. The hot tub is a great way to relax after an adventurous day in Sedona and in the evenings the fire pit has ample seating for everyone in your group to visit and enjoy a favorite drink while sharing stories.

The house has a very unique design. The builder was a custom woodworker who put an incredible amount of attention into every detail of the structure. Everyone who has stayed so far has throughly enjoyed their experience and stated that the home has a great energy and very comfortable for them and their entire group.
