This is a gorgeous new construction modern home. Enjoy relaxing among the Red Rocks in your 5 bedroom home, each with their own ensuite bathroom. There is a huge kitchen to cook meals or layout on the large island. Downstairs is your very own theatre hooked up to cable, smart apps, and a DVD player along with a ping pong table and video game. You can relax in a large 8 person hot tub downstairs or intimate 2 person hot tub on the balcony upstairs. Grill on a large natural gas grill and enjoy your meal on the star gazing deck. Great trip to Sedona

This house is absolutely beautiful and perfect! We had 2 families, 4 adults, 4 kids and there was so much space! House was stocked with anything you could think of and a short trip to town. Great location! Would highly recommend!

Beautiful, new, luxury property

Our two families (8 total) had a wonderful stay at this home. It was great in so many ways — and really no complaints. Everything is brand new. The appliances are high quality. The kitchen was well-stocked. The media room was a hit for nighttime movies. We loved the outdoor space. Even the little details were nice — like supplying quality toilet paper, detergent, etc. It’s worth noting that driving north on Hwy 179 can take some time with traffic, but it was worth it. We appreciated the quiet. Highly recommend. Reality is better than the pics.

Megan the host was very kind and helpful. The home is very well laid out for social gathering inside & out along with private sleeping accommodations. Highly recommended!

Magnificent house

This was the perfect house for my family reunion of 11. The house is gorgeous inside and out. We loved the movie room and had a fabulous ping-pong tournament. The location was perfect for a nice walk into town. Kitchen was very well stocked and has high-end appliances. Highly recommend house for a large group.
