Enjoy wide-open views of June Lake from this charming 3-level townhouse, lovingly renovated in 2025 with modern updates and family heirlooms. It’s a peaceful retreat and a convenient basecamp for endless hiking, boating, fishing, and skiing adventures.

Take in the lake views while barbecuing on the deck or stroll to dinner in town. Gather in front of the cozy gas fireplace or around the antique farmhouse table for meals and games and movies.

Downstairs are two bedrooms, washer/dryer, quiet dedicated workspace, bathroom with a roomy shower, and separate double vanity area. A third bedroom is in a loft accessed by ladder. A second full bathroom is on the main floor near the kitchen. In addition to the 65” Roku TV, there’s a stash of games and puzzles, kids books, comics, plus guidebooks and maps to give you insights into the region’s adventures.

This condo was perfect… it is remodeled so amazing! Well stocked, included coffee. Location is great, walkable to all restaurants, Gull lake walking loop. 5 min drive to ski resort, we would return for sure.

Holiday stay in snow

Beautiful location & view. Property was well stocked. Management was very accommodating. Did wish we could have gotten firewood to enjoy the fireplace. Check in details were a bit challenging for us to access upon arrival, or find email that had all details. Overall a really nice experience and would recommend to other families. Thank you!

Great condo, great location!

Condo was perfect for our long weekend! Perfect for our party of 6 with kids sleeping in the loft. Amazing view of June Lake. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and utensils. The master bathroom shower head needs to be replaced as sometimes the water barely came out. Also more towels need to be provided. We had to use the same towel for our 3 night trip and there wasn’t any laundry detergent to wash them. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay a lot!

The unit was the cleanest it’s ever been however the lever on the toilet in the downstairs bathroom was broken and has been broken obviously for a long while. The use of Pine-Sol inside the refrigerator and then closing the doors did cause food and cans drinks etc. to have a bad taste and smell. recommendation that when you clean with Pine-Sol you have to leave the doors open For the smell to dissipate or use something else that doesn’t smell. Appreciated the deck being clean and the chairs so that it could be used not all covered in spiderwebs and the replacement of the sliding screen door was also noticed.

Everything was good, with the exception of having no hot water the last morning, the parking space was not available part of the time due to construction and the garage was not really big enough for my vehicle to get in. We had to drop passengers off first, then go into the garage as far right as I could to get the driver door opened far enough to get out of the vehicle.

As always we love staying at edgewater 9 but we were a bit disappointed that we couldn’t watch tv. I had to start a Netflix account so we could at least watch some tv. My Netflix is still connected to edgewater 9 so i will be calling to see if the cable is up and running. If not I will leave my Netflix account active since we are returning next month.

As always, Connie and her team are welcoming and friendly. Condo is kept clean. Furniture can be updated but I’m not there to stay seated on the couches all day. We love #9 regardless. It’s one of our favorites!
