Alice was a great host, communication was easy and timely. Check in easy and fast. Properly itself is nice, two pools with one being in the shade after about 2-3 pm, (pretty sure the pool is heated), nice lounge chairs at that pool as well. Two hot tubs, quick beach access. If you want a first row seating at the beach probably have to book in advance, seating was two to three rows deep. If you bring your chairs there is plenty of room, but you have to be behind the rentals. Seems like the beach rules about where you can seat are enforced pretty strictly. You cannot hang out at the beach of the neighboring properties either. The condo was nice, the views were amazing. Sunrise and the ocean from the living room balcony and a gorgeous sunset and the harbor view from the entry balcony. Beds were comfy, the pull out couch .. what can I say… it’s a pull out couch. Kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, utensils and everything you need to cook. Nice large icemaker in the fridge. Three camping chairs for the beach. Good water pressure in the showers. Alice was very responsive about the suggestions and I think in addition to the drip coffeemaker there will be a one cup one and a French press with initial supply of coffee. Great stay overall.
