The view never gets old. All photos are actually taken in or from the condo. No obstructions to the view and beach is that close. So many people ask how close the beach is? Go down the elevator past the pool and you are there ! 🤦Don’t over think it ! You can hear the waves no problem. 🌊. Everything you need is included and not just one roll of TP like some places. Bring your food, luggage and be ready for a great vacation. We are local owners not a faceless company. We want you to enjoy your stay and return again to stay with us.

It’s less than two minutes from my door to the sand. It’s about 50 feet to the elevator and then it’s about 300 feet to the sand. I actually walked it and it was a minute and 38 seconds so don’t be confused with the nine minute walk stated by VRBO.

We had the most beautiful weekend in Destin. The condo was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. And the beach is steps away. The host was communicative and very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

The host was wonderful but they were doing upgrades and the elevator was down. If it did work the workers stayed on it. One of the maintenance workers was very rude. Almost got into a fight with two delivery workers right in front of us. Would book again when all the facilities work is completed.

I’m sorry for your experience. Clearly i had nothing to do with it nor could I have done anything to prevent it. I’m going to take your review to the next HOA board meeting and present it as it’s clear the contractor shouldn’t be even here at this busy time of the year and that they acted unprofessionally.

Great property! I will be back. The unit was clean and has everything you need. It’s perfect if your goal is to relax and enjoy the sand, sun and water. A the view! My goodness! It was worth the 5 hour drive.

Beautiful ocean views and the location was perfect. The condo was beautifully decorated. This unit had a washer and dryer that came in handy. Very nice modern kitchen set up but we ate out all of our meals with resturants close by, some within walking distance. I would say, We most appreciated the quality comfy mattress that was a king size bed in the master and used the second bedroom as an area for our luggage with another additional bathroom. Another great feature was the jet tube in the master and the beach chairs we used at the beach. We just may be back again. Very nice amenities and beautiful ocean views.

The view was incredible and the sounds of waves crashing on the beach added an amazing atmosphere. The property was lovely and the private beach was amazing. Very easy and stress free.

We have multiple homes on vrbo couple in Florida and one in Green Bay Wisconsin mostly used for packer game rentals. Been a landlord and construction contractor for many years. Always hoping to give people a great experience. We always have someone available to help you with anything that needs to be addressed. Although we try to be one of the lower priced place it’s because we are cheap we travel a lot and costs are obviously a top concern being fair is one thing —ripping people off at is another and we refuse to do that.
