Adorable A-Frame Lakefront Cabin

Whether you’re looking for a relaxing weekend getaway or a fun-filled weekend on the water, the “Triangle House” will fit the bill. A two story A-frame with full second story loft will give you exactly what you’re looking for. Situated directly on the Brazos River and northern end of Lake Granbury, you’ll find a cozy getaway in a quiet neighborhood while only 5 minutes from the amenities of the historic Granbury Square. This property is the best of both worlds!

The space
Built with detail and finished with comfort, the property provides direct lake access with a large back porch and deck a few yards from the water. On the second story, balconies on the front and back of the house provide great views or a quiet place to read a book or watch the morning sunrise over-the-water.

Modern conveniences make the property cozy and comfortable: wifi, large flatscreen TV, streaming services, kitchens with all the necessities, comfortable/oversized furniture and modern bathrooms give you the touch of a high-end hotel in the convenience of your own bungalow on the water.

Enjoy the Conveniences - fish from the boat dock, make s’mores in the fire pit, play on the tire swing, get competitive with a game of bag toss and grill some dinner while listening to music on the sounds system throughout the interior and exterior.

At the end of the day, enjoy the quiet on the back porch or on the deck under the stars. In the loft, there are two separated areas, with king and queen bed. The new couch in the living room (downstairs) has a pull-out full size bed with upgraded memory foam mattress (not your typical pull-out bed!).

The ‘Triangle House’ is built as a relaxing getaway and a place to enjoy time with your friends and family. The humble abode leaves not convenience to be desired for, while giving you a real lake feel! Being a few minutes from the square, the location could not be better! Enjoy your time-away and reset at the Triangle House!

Very nice location at the upper end of Lake Granbury. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evenings. Plenty of towels, comfortable beds, & a well stocked kitchen.

Adorable A-Frame with Great Lake Views!

This property is absolutely adorable! The cabin was clean and cozy and the patio/deck with the views are absolutely amazing!! We had a wonderful time, grilled some steaks, had dinner on the patio, one of the best relaxing weekends we've had in a long time! Highly recommend staying here! We will be back!

Good house great location.

Some issue- freezer was frozen up in bottom keeping door from shutting. I Removed ice layer. Slight septic smell in front yard and bottom floor toilet would not accept water at some times although it was not stopped up. Otherwise house was well stocked with a lot of extras on a great location. Thx!

Cutest house!

I really enjoyed this property, it’s so cute and inviting and has everything you’ll need. Only complaints were that it’s not a true 2 bedroom and the water smells horrible (was told by neighbors it’s the area). The upstairs is loft style with a bed on each side of the stairs.
