About this property

Shamrock duplex 5 Orient Bay

A duplex for a holiday in St Martin in our Guest House Shamrock, 2 minutes from one of the most beautiful beaches of the Lesser Antilles (Orient Bay), in a private property recently renovated and a secure environment with its tropical garden.

You will discover an air-conditioned apartment (furniture and air conditioning changed in 2018) of about 60 m2, which can accommodate up to 2/3 people. It includes on the ground floor a living room / dining room (with a sofa bed comfort), safe, free wifi connection), an equipped kitchenette, large cupboards and a bathroom (shower antillaise , washbasin and wc).

In the extension of the living room, the large bay opens onto a private covered terrace with garden furniture. A gate gives direct access to the tropical garden and pool. And on the mezzanine, the air-conditioned and spacious bedroom with queen size bed (160x200 cm).

Several duplexes arranged in the same way are available.

For weekly rentals, linen is provided as well as beach towels.

Chantal and Stéphane, your hosts who know the island from every angle, welcome you on site and will be happy to share with you the best addresses and places to discover in Saint Martin. You will benefit if necessary from the booking service for activities on the island, restaurants, ticketing for the shuttle st st traveler, car rental, etc ....

Villa Shamrock

We had a lovely stay at Villa Shamrock, and would highly recommend it. It is in a pleasant complex at the top of Orient Village. The property is lovely with a beautiful new pool in the center. Our duplex, Coconut, had everything we needed and was quite comfortable. There is great Wifi and air conditioning. The owners were so nice and friendly. They made us feel welcomed. We would love to stay again.

Super séjour d’un mois à Shamrock

Belle résidence avec piscine juste devant les logements, c’est top. La résidence est très bien entretenue. En cas de besoin les propriétaires sont sur place et très disponibles. Située dans un endroit très touristique, la résidence est très calme et confortable. L’appartement est spacieux et bien équipé. Un four serait un +. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et souhaitons revenir une prochaine fois.

Accueillis par Stéphanie et sa charmante petite famille, avec un panier de bienvenue (fruits frais, liqueur, vin, épices et fleurs), nous avons été très a l aise dans ce duplex propre (draps et serviettes régulièrement changés) et très confortable. Stéphanie a été très disponible lorsque nous avions une demande particulière. Avec son époux ils forment un duo formidable et extrêmement sympathique à l écoute de leurs hôtes. La disponibilité tardive de la piscine permet aussi aux vacanciers de savourer un dernier verre au clair de lune et de lâcher prise.... Encore merci pour votre accueil et nous partagerons avec plaisir vos coordonnées, nous recommandons vivement cet Havre de paix hors du temps !
