We use to lived in this neighborhood so we knew what it had to offer. Its a quick walk into town where you'll find may restaurants and pubs. Some with live music. Or take a stroll to the marina and have the best lobster rolls in CT, a gourmet burger shack with seating right on the water, a great seafood restaurant that's a boat with a second floor deck over looking Clinton Harbor and an high end restaurant with amazing food, cocktails and views. A quick drive takes you to a state park with the longest beach in CT. I could go on and on but when we had to attend a funeral in the area we knew the best place to stay and this is it...

We had a wonderful stay! The cottage is very cute and the Holiday decorations were very much appreciated. Even though the weather outside was fairly cold the cottage was warm and toasty. It had everything we needed and more. Jamie was a fantastic host and very responsive. Hope to stay here again in the future!

Great location to restaurants, the Clinton outlets and beach. The house was very clean and maintained cool temperatures throughout the hot weather days. The host would check in periodically to make sure the stay was going well. Great spot to stay and would recommend to others.

This was a great little cottage to stay in for an annual beach side girl's trip! The host was super easy to communicate with and made anything that might be tricky very simple. For example, the house is down a driveway and can't be seen from the main road. Before we arrived, the host let us know and explained the best way to find the cottage. The inside of the cottage was super clean and the host left snacks and a note for our group, as well as a print out of guidelines for our stay that was super helpful for checkout. Just a note on layout, the two twin beds were in the loft up a steep staircase/ladder. This was fine for me and the way up was sturdy! Overall the cottage was quaint and quiet but close enough to walk to the marina where we went to dinner both nights. Highly recommend the NE clam chowder from Lobster Landing! It's a short drive to Hammonasset Beach and surrounding towns for more shopping options/food. Our group was very happy to find this spot on such short notice.

What a sweet cottage! We had three adults and two children stay and there was room for us all. The host left a fully stocked snack basket which my kids loved. Fully stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds. It snowed overnight and before we were up, the driveway was plowed and the front walkway cleared! We had a great stay and will return if we are back in the area. Highly recommend!

Lovely Getaway!

Loved our stay here! The space is private and cozy, and had everything we needed. It was a very comfortable stay, and communication was great up front so I never had any questions. Definitely on our list to return to!

Great for a quick family vist

I was visiting over a quick weekend with my 11 year old daughter to see my mom, and Jaime's place was perfect for us. The sleeping loft was fun for the kiddo and the full living room, kitchen, and downstairs bedrooms were comfortable for the adults.

Cute, cozy cottage

This cottage was perfect for our stay! The place was very well maintained, the lofted area was so beautiful, and the rooms were roomier than anticipated. Check-in was a breeze and Jaime added thoughtful touches (like a snack bowl!) to make our stay feel special. Definitely recco for visiting the area with a core group of friends!
