We are from West Hartford and love being by the water. While we bought this house for our own enjoyment and long-term retirement plans, we are excited to share our ocean front retreat with others to create lifelong memories. This house has been a short-term rental for a few years although only with us for only a short time, hence the lack of reviews. This property is a gem and custom tailored for guests' enjoyment.

The view is unmatched and the private beach access only accessible by 5 other houses is what drew us to this property. In addition to the beach view and access, the walkability and proximity to great restaurants, shopping, and entertainment make this neighborhood special.

What makes this property unique

The second-floor bedroom has a beautiful unobstructed view of the ocean as you wake up and provides a nice retreat from the world. The private beach access across the street 10 steps away is another highlight of this property. Our private beach is only shared by 5 other houses so it's not uncommon to have the beach all to yourself!
