Needle Rock Unit 3 offers clean, stylish comfort tucked into an amazing location for your vacation in Telluride. This split-level condo offers a bedroom and full bathroom on the first level with an open living area, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom on the second level. The first floor bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and the second floor bedroom has a queen-sized murphy bed that can be tucked away to create a work or play space. Prepare a home-cooked meal in the full kitchen, complete with dishwasher and full-sized refrigerator and stove, then cozy up on the couch with a blanket after an adventure-filled day. This condo has been recently furnished with new, modern furnishings to make your stay in Telluride comfortable and convenient. There is an in-unit washer/dryer to make your stay even easier and shared decks off of each bedroom let you enjoy a little more fresh air.

This unit does have a covered, designated parking space below the building. Please note the designated space is only suitable for a mid-sized car. Larger vehicles will not fit.

Superb location

Everything was as advertised, amazing location and great for breathing as compared to Mountain Village. Parking was so helpful just below condo and Nieghbor’s were super friendly. A+

1. This is a residential building. Please refrain from making loud noise as it is close living & we like to respect our neighbors. Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am.

2. Absolutely no smoking in the condo or on the premises of the building. This includes cigarettes & marijuana (we can smell it!). $1000 fine applies.

3. Pets - please leave your pets a home. Pets are not permitted in this rental property.

4. Check in time is 4pm & checkout time is 10am. Please do not arrive early, or leave late without clearing it with us first as it can disrupt a tight housekeeping and inspection schedule.

5. For stays longer than 10 days, a mid-stay clean is required for an additional fee.

6. Travel insurance is available to cover your vacation in the event something unexpected pops up. Please ask for details if this is something you would like to purchase. Please note, while we understand that life circumstances can impact your travel plans, we cannot be held responsible for refunds when the unexpected happens.
