Great communication with the host. The rental was just as posted. Nice and close to lifts and the shuttle to town was very nice to have. We would stay again on another trip
Property was just as advertised! We really enjoyed the property and the property managers were great. Highly recommended. The little touches - drinks and snacks, super soft towels, made it awesome!
Property was as advertised. The property manager was very easy to work with. He sent a lot of information about the property and the town. The location is EXTREMELY convenient for skiers. We enjoyed our stay and would return!
Conveniently located, unit was well presented and clean. 100 yds to lift 7 and Telkuride sports for rentals. Manager was accessible and responsive. Had trouble getting heat in lower bathroom and kitchen to work but the unit had extra portable space heaters which we utilized. Would stay again.
Comfortable condo and convenient location. Chair 7 is a two minute walk across the street. Grocery store is a five minute walk and town is an easy 10 to 15 minute walk depending on where you are going (or just jump on the free bus which will stop on any corner along its route - just flag down the driver!).
We appreciate the cleanliness of the property. The nice space it provided for 3 to 4 people size family. The convenience of everything being a walking distance. The two king size beds are comfortable. If you plan to cook for any days of your stay, just make sure to bring or buy salt and pepper. Also byo bag of coffee because there wasn’t one available. Other than that, you will have an awesome time staying here and having a great time! Thank you Luke for your hospitality.

Thanks Norma! Salt and Pepper now on site and we owe you two bags of coffee next time as we ALWAYS have one out for our guests. Apologies yours seemed to have walked away!
4 of us (2 couples) stayed for 5 nights (4 days of skiing and adventuring). The condo is conveniently located near the turn around so unloading and loading the car was easy. The car then stayed in covered parking the whole time because it is so easy to get around.
The condo was warm and welcoming with snacks and beverages to hold us over. Luke was very responsive to the couple questions we had. He provides tons of information about the area is an easy to follow way. It is ski-in ski-out using the 2-person lift right outside and taking Telluride Trail in which makes it a great location. We will be back to this place next year!
My husband an I drove to Telluride from AZ to escape the summer heat and found Telluride and Basecamp Boutique the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful nature right outside this property. Everything was so close, within walking or biking distance. We enjoyed walking the trail along the San Miguel River which is just steps away from the front door. Easy walk to the free gondola if you want to go to Mountain Village. Luke had great recommendations for hiking, biking, restaurants, etc. I especially loved sitting on the deck off the master bedroom sipping on a glass of wine in the evening. Also, really liked the app that had all the info for the property. Thanks for making our stay so relaxing and memorable for our family!

Our stay was brilliant, right next to lift 7 to get on the slopes quick. The place was spacious with heated floors. Kitchen was very well stocked with the essentials. People looking for an easy way back from the mountain - take “Telluride Trail” back to lift 7. Both bedrooms are well appointed. 10-15 mins walk to the town for shops and restaurant. You could also take the shuttle by crossing across the San Juan river via bridge just behind lift 7 and shops. Decent view from the porch of people making their way down on “Stumper”. Only request is to vacuum the floors and carpets a bit better as we had quite a bit of unknown hair all throughout our stay. Overall, we will happily book this place again when returning to Telluride.

Thanks for the feedback! We had housekeeping do a deep clean on the unit as it appears someone may have snuck a pet in the unit (ARGH!!!).
Stayed for 4 nights in beautiful Telluride in the summer. The property was great for the 4 of us, very nice interior. The location was a bit on the edge of town, with a 10 minute walk to the free gondola. There is a ski lift right next to the property that wasn't running but I assume runs in the winter so the location would be ideal for skiing, but not as good in summer. A grocery store is very near, also around 10 minutes walk or 2 minute drive. Luke was very friendly and accommodating, but his replies were a little slow sometimes, no doubt he was busy. We arrived a bit early and couldn't figure out how to get in, Luke was not immediately available but I contacted the maintenance team and they explained how to enter. We requested a later check out time and Luke graciously allowed it. It was a beautiful area and I would definitely recommend this rental, just know it's not very central.

Hi Adrian!
Apologies for the delay in responding to your early check in request. We did message you that morning at 8am to update you the check in time would be 4pm given we had a checkout and maintenance scheduled that day. While not in the center of town, I would say this condo being 4 blocks from the gondola is pretty central given no car is needed for any aspect of enjoying Telluride once you are checked in and parked. I will look to make sure we are not misleading guests with our description however. Thanks for the feedback!

Dingy & Dirty
We decided to stay in Telluride for 3 weeks. Yes Telluride is very expensive but for 19K for three weeks??? I was expecting more. The furniture was uncomfortable the rug was stained in the bedroom. No dresser in the bedroom to store clothing. It was like they went to goodwill to furnish it. No place to store food beside the fridge. The plates and cups were chipped and old. The dryer squeaked while drying clothes. It feels like everyone is doing the VRBO thing and charging the highest prices for the least amount of effort. Next time I stay in Telluride it will be in a Hotel at least you have a higher standard of accommodations.

This is an absolutely unfair review. There is nothing dingy about this unit nor dirty. You had three weeks to reach out to us for assistance for any of the issues that you might have had with the unit. The only thing you asked for was a mid stay clean which we immediately set up for you. To stay in a place that long and not be proactive in allowing us to help you is challenging. This is a lovely rental that we take great care of. Our reviews speak to that and what is even better is our service. I am sorry you did not allow us to address any of the issues you had as we would have gladly and immediately remedied them.
We enjoyed an incredible July 2022 stay. The property was as advertised and an easy walk to everything in Telluride. Luke - the property manager - answered all our questions quickly. We will return to Telluride and this property soon!
This place was great, clean, modern, and right at the base of one of the lifts! The owner had no problem answering our questions very promptly, and the owner was helpful. Beautiful condo, beautiful town, beautiful mountain for skiing and snowboarding. My wife and my two daughters love it! We will be back!
This was our first visit to Telluride and this condo was a perfect place to stay - clean, modern, great view from the balcony, by the river, and close to town.
