Tastefully decorated with freshly painted walls and new light fixtures throughout the living areas. The location speaks for itself, just 80 ft. directly across the parking lot to the heated pool and hot tub. From the patio (balcony) enjoy a spectacular view of the golf course. Close to beautiful Pass-a-Grille Beach and many more world class beaches, the Don Cesar Beach Resort, and only a 10 minute drive to beautiful downtown St. Petersburg. Location, location, location is the only way to describe this beautiful condo.
