Arc 1800 (the most animated resort of Les Arcs), in quiet area (Charmettogger), residence Aiguille Grive 1.
Duplex, 6 persons, 35m2, fully renovated in autumn 2018 in a modern and cozy mountain style. Work completed for reopening of the station in December 2018.
Before last stage with clear view on the valley, full south.
Ground floor :
- entrance with storage
- shower room: shower, sink, toilet and washing machine
- Fully equipped kitchen: microwave grill, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and filter, toaster, hood, induction hob, raclette and fondue set
- living room: dining table, sofa and television
Upstairs :
- a closed bedroom with double bed 140cm
- a closed bedroom with bunk beds (may be suitable for 3 children or 2 adults)
- a sleeping area with a sofa bed for 2 people
Balcony with sunshine all day.
No smoking apartment, no pets.
