The Echo of the Mountains - Unac

The house is located in Unac, a small authentic village perched in the middle of the mountains - 10 minutes from Ax-les-thermes and near the ski resorts of Ax 3 Domaines / Bonascre, Ascou, the Beille plateau and the col du chioula.
The whole house was renovated in 2018 and is classified 3 * with environmental label.

You will appreciate the accommodation for its character, its calm, its view from the terrace, its location.

The Mountain Echo welcomes you in its 130m2:
- living room, lunchroom
- kitchen
- three bedrooms with double beds (2 140cm beds and 1 160cm bed)
- a bedroom with two 90cm single beds (in a row)
- a lounge-library area (sofa bed for 2 people)
- two bathrooms, one with a spa bath, the other with a shower
- three toilets (one on each floor) including 2 independent
- a ski closet at the entrance
- a 20m2 terrace with mountain view (gas plancha + charcoal barbecue)
- small garden (being finalized)
- private car parking in front of the house (+ free parking 30m in front of the town hall)

Many activities all year round: skiing, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, thermal baths, casino, wolf house, dog sledding, climbing the Chioula pass, tree climbing at Orlu, horse riding, castles (Lordat, Montsegur) , Pyrenees forges, caves (Lombrives, Niaux), prehistoric park, canyoning / speleology, etc ...

Useful information:
Easy access village 1.5km from the RN20 and cleared of snow in winter.

- Supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants / bars, markets 10 minutes away (at Ax-les thermes and Les Cabannes)
- Grocery / bakery at 1,5km
- Troquet with local products in the village itself

Maison chaleureuse située dans un village trÚs calme. Parking facile. Les chambres et la literie sont confortables. La cuisine super équipée. On s y sent bien, à l écart de l agitation , mais il est facile de rejoindre les stations.Un bel endroit pour se ressourcer et profiter de la nature environnante

Le sĂ©jour a Ă©tĂ© agrĂ©able, malheureusement le mĂ©nage n’était pas top car beaucoup de saletĂ© en dessous le canapĂ©, lits.., fuites d’eau dans une des chambre du 1er Ă©tage et chambres mal isolĂ©s ,cuisine spacieuses et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©es lits confortables. Prix un peu Ă©levĂ© pour le logement mais notre sĂ©jour reste agrĂ©able malgrĂ© tout. HĂŽtes trĂšs accueillant et Ă  l’écoute.

Le sĂ©jour a Ă©tĂ© agrĂ©able mais vraiment que pour 8 personnes au delĂ  ça devient difficile. CĂŽtĂ© propretĂ© limite (poils de chien sur le canapĂ©, au sol, toile d’araignĂ©e et poussiĂšre) dommage c’est le seul bĂ©mol, mise Ă  part joli petit village et maison sympa et confortable.

Beaucoup d'équipement , mais absence de livret d'accueil pour expliquer le fonctionnement de certains appareils ( télé , jacuzzi). quand nous sommes arrivés, nous avons nettoyé la terrasse, et la douche de la chambre à l'étage était bouchée. nous avons soulevé la bonde et une masse de cheveux longs s'y trouvait. il a fallu nettoyer.

Il y avait tout ce qu'il faut, que ce soit au niveau de la vaisselle ou des couchages. Le petit bĂ©mol, pas d'explication en ce qui concerne la baignoire Ă  remous, trĂšs moderne, c'est certain. Il y a une belle terrasse mais cela manque qd mĂȘme d'un extĂ©rieur, comme un jardin. Maison trĂšs agrĂ©able en famille et bien situĂ©e.

Nous avons passez un fabuleux séjour chez Rebecca. Tout d'abord un accueil chaleureux et conviviale, une maison plus que fonctionnelle et décorer avec goût, des équipements complets : fondu, raclettes, jacuzzi, cheminée, de grands volumes pour pas se marcher dessus a plusieurs, une cuisine équiper avec tous ce qu'une cuisine peux contenir, livres, jeux de sociétés pour petits et grands, le tout situé dans un charmant petit village reposant .... vraiment une trÚs bonne surprise, nous recommandons a 300%
