Apartment 1 living room / kitchen with a large covered loggia, a bedroom with solarium without vis-à-vis, a cabin with 2 bunk beds (with window and door), 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, two sofa beds in the living room. PARKING COVERED AND SECURE - ACCESS PARC AQUATIQUE - WIFI, INCLUDED.
You will live in the heart of the exceptional holiday village of Cap Esterel-Pierre and Vacances, village without cars, which offers all the activities to spend an exceptional holiday: water park with slide, heated pool, wave pool and other pools, spa Golf, 9 holes, tennis, shops, restaurants, free entertainment program, mini golf, and 40 activities in total (for some). Supermarket on site
The beach is near the village and you can also go hiking in the beautiful Esterel massif from your home or take the coastal paths where the red rocks plunge directly into the turquoise waters of the Mediterranean.
From April to the end of October, the free train will take you to Dramont beach.
Pools, shops and entertainment are open from April to the end of October.
For bookings made before 1/6/19, the final cleaning fee (mandatory) of 70 € is to be paid directly to the agency upon delivery of the keys. After the 1/6/19, they are collected by the site Abritel
Sheets and towels are not included. If you wish you can rent them from our local agent:
- Large sheets for double bed: 12 € per person / week or 15 € / fortnight
-Small sheets for 1 bed: 15 € per person / week or 18 € / fortnight.
-Towels: 8 € the kit

The tourist tax now collected by the booking site
For the good form a deposit check of 300 € (not cashed) will be deposited to our agency upon your arrival.


Our local agency, Cases d'Azur-Realtyssimo, will welcome you to present the village and give you the keys: village center, rue des calanques (shopping street) near the medical office.

Appartement propre et fonctionnel situé au sein d'un village animé et accueillant où l'on trouve tout ce qu'il faut (commerces, restaurants, bars, animations, etc). L'appartement est idéalement situé avec une belle vue sur la mer. La disponibilité du propriétaire est très appréciable en cas de besoin d'informations et l'accueil sur place est agréable. En revanche il manque un module de clim dans la pièce à vivre et le frigo est beaucoup trop petit pour une famille de 4 personnes. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour malgré la foule dans les espaces aquatiques. Il vaut mieux privilégier les criques ou plages à proximité !
