Charming house located in the heart of the Lot Valley

Charming house located in the Lot Valley just fifteen (15) minutes from all amenities (City of Decazeville 8 kms, Intermarché 3 kms).

The house has four (4) bedrooms (plus a sofa bed in the living room), two bathrooms (one with a bath-shower), and offers all the amenities (dishes, television, washing machine, ...)

Peaceful and very quiet place, ideal for a relaxing holiday.

Walking through the Lot valley, we discover many villages to visit (Conques, Vinzelle, Grand-Vabre, ...).

Figeac is located 30 minutes by car and Rocamadour and Padirac at 1:15.

Flagnac, located 3 kms, offers an aqua-recreational area. You can enjoy its nautical base (canoes, paddle boats and swimming pool), embark on the boat for a river cruise on the Lot and see his sound and light show "Yesterday a village" which takes place in late July and early August.

The pretty village Rouergat St-Parthem, 6 kms, welcomes you every Wednesday evening in July and August for its lively night market.

My aunt who lives in the house next door will welcome you and give you the keys to your
        arrival.

Un très bon séjour avec un accueil très amical. Du sourire et de la bonne humeur. Pas mal de choses allentour à visiter, notre hôte est très réactif sur la communication. Si l'envie de revenir dans l'Aveyron nous prend, je recontacterai dans aucun doute ce monsieur. Je conseilles grandement ce logement. Petit plus à mon goût qui a fait le bonheur de ma fille, une salle pleine de jouets ! Encore merci à vous.
