Probably the best view on Copperwood Ridge, Clive House is an easy walk to Tryall's world class tennis courts, its gym and other amenities, and a three-minute ride by the villa's complimentary golf cart to the championship Tryall Golf Course and private beach.
Designed on two levels, the house has been fully modernised and increased to 5 bedrooms. The 4 in house bedrooms have wide verandas. Interior spaces are warm and inviting with furnishings that combine rich Jamaican heritage with a comfy modern aesthetic. There are 6 bedrooms total at Clive House, all have sweeping views, but the owners’s room is not available for rental. All bedrooms have King size beds or can be converted into king beds.
The upper main level has a spacious great room and dining area with doors that open completly to the breathtaking sea view. It is flanked on either side by lounging verandas, each of which leads to two bedrooms.
The covered lower terrace level has a large heated infinity edge pool with plenty of sunbathing areas as well as a shallow toddler play shelf in the pool.
