Horrible
The house is nice the ideal of staff was nice but the experience was horrible my booking got cancelled a week before we were to leave vrbo said to rebook the price increased 1200 the vrbo agent got it down to only 201 increase and said he spoke to the owner i would get refunded never got refunded the owner acted like he didn’t know how to do it. Very poor communication im still waiting for a response. As soon as we got there and walked in we had to go to the grocery store which was 50 for the ride and 364 for groceries and the staff had added there own stuff to our bill the cook made all the chicken and it was supposed to be for two meals and then we were told that we had to pay another 50 plus pay for the extra chicken every single time i came out my room i was hounded and followed around for money for something or a tip we cancelled our bday dinner at the house and went to a restaurant just so it would be stress free and cheaper it would have been another 50 plus groceries we were buying stuff down to the spices and garbage bags after spending almost 4000 for the place i feel like something could have been included It was a beautiful and the staff was nice the owner had horrible Communication and needs to provide the staff with a vehicle there were 5 of us and we were so stressed and so happy to leave we all agreedWe should have just done a hotel or a place and just got a driver it was not worth the hassle they even tried to make us tip the gardener smh
