5 minutes from the beaches and 15 minutes from Ajaccio - Air-conditioned house of 90 m² on fenced property with garage - Garden - Shared pool and private pool house.
Our house is made up of 2 independent dwellings, a T2 of 50m² for 2 people and a T3 of 90m² for 4 people. this announcement concerns the T3.
Our central geographic location will allow you to visit the many remarkable sites of our island during the day.

Enjoy the beaches of Ajaccio Bay and all the nautical activities
Take the start for sea trips (Scandola Reserve, Gulf of Porto, Bonifacio, ...)
Visit the town of Ajaccio, its museums, its old town, the Sanguinaires Islands
Visit the small villages typical of our valley with their different sporting, craft or cultural activities.
Go for beautiful hikes or sporting activities (Golf, Karting, Tree climbing, Via Ferrata, Canyoning)

Barbecue and plancha for some good grills.
A 6-seater garden furniture also allows you to eat on the pool terrace
Parking in covered garage inside the property.
Shared laundry room with washing machine - iron and ironing board + dryer
