- Large veranda with table football + sofa bed
- Indoor heated pool area with spa (40 m² pool)
+ Shower and WC + laundry area (washing machine + dryer)
- 2 bedrooms (1 with 1 sofa bed + 1 other with 1 sofa bed + 1 double bed)
- 1 dressing room and 1 bathroom with balneo shower + large bath
- 1 separate toilet

Upstairs :
- 1 mezzanine with 1 sofa bed 2 people
- 1 bathroom with shower and toilet
- 1 large bedroom with 1 sofa bed and 1 double bed (+ dressing room)

Séjour très agréable pour un week end de 12 filles pour un EVJF. Très bon contact avec la propriétaire. La maison est très specieuse avec quelques détails un peu rustique et un jacuzzi qu'on nous n'avons pas utilisé du un problème d'odeur.

Pour le jacuzzi, nous vous avons proposé de passer faire une vérification et changer l'eau. Effectivement, après vérification, nous nous sommes aperçus que le système du jacuzzi a été touché par les locataires précédents, la filtration ne pouvait donc pas correctement fonctionner. Nous avons donc fait le nécessaire pour que le jacuzzi soit de nouveau opérationnel.

Nous avons loué le gîte pour une cousinade. L'espace était parfait, nous étions 15. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et du jacuzzi. Les enfants étaient ravis également. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles en cas de besoin. Nous serions ravis de renouveler une telle location.

Mycket övrigt att önska.

Dåligt utrustat kök. Usel skötsel av poolerna, Vi fick 1 !! nyckel på 4 familjer ( 13 pers ). Vardagsrum med en gammal uttjänt soffa för 4-5 platser. Flera dåliga sängar. Någon sorts bäddsoffa med stålskelett och en tunn madrass. Trots allt detta trivdes vi i Herbignac men skulle aldrig hyra detta hus igen.

Nous sommes très surpris de votre avis étant donné que vous nous avez dit en partant que vous aviez apprécié votre séjour. Nous vous avons pourtant demandé si tout s'était bien passé. Nous sommes toujours à l'écoute des remontées des locataires. En ce qui concerne la piscine, elle est parfaitement entretenue et suivie par un pisciniste. Quand vous nous avez appelé, nous sommes venus rapidement et nous avons constaté qu'elle était en excellent état car elle est filtrée en continu et nous avons même les photos de ce jour là Et les résultats des analyses que nous faisons très régulièrement. Nous sommes désolés que vous ayez pensé que nous viendrons tous les jours faire le nettoyage de la piscine. En tous les cas, nous n'avons jamais été aussi peu respecté quand nous venions à votre demande. A peine un bonjour et surtout pas un mot de français. Nous avions un peu l'impression d'être des larbins à vos yeux. Nous ne nous en sommes pas formalisé et nous n'avons pas facturé non plus le lit suédois que vous avez abîmé. Bien cordialement

Maison agréable, propre mais manque de vaisselle pour cuisiner pour 17... Véranda super pour repas en groupe. Système de volets à l'étage à revoir et distribution d'eau chaude ( 3 douches en même temps et l'une n'a pas d'eau chaude).

La maison de Virginie est fidèle aux photos. Elle a répondu à toutes nos attentes : un grand séjour pour se réunir, une grande piscine couverte et un jacuzzi de qualité, de nombreux couchages et une grande terrasse avec barbecue. Je recommande !
