- Large veranda with table football + sofa bed
- Indoor heated pool area with spa (40 m² pool)
+ Shower and WC + laundry area (washing machine + dryer)
- 2 bedrooms (1 with 1 sofa bed + 1 other with 1 sofa bed + 1 double bed)
- 1 dressing room and 1 bathroom with balneo shower + large bath
- 1 separate toilet

Upstairs :
- 1 mezzanine with 1 sofa bed 2 people
- 1 bathroom with shower and toilet
- 1 large bedroom with 1 sofa bed and 1 double bed (+ dressing room)
- 1 through bedroom with 1 sofa bed for 2 persons + 1 cot for baby

Séjour très agréable pour un week end de 12 filles pour un EVJF. Très bon contact avec la propriétaire. La maison est très specieuse avec quelques détails un peu rustique et un jacuzzi qu'on nous n'avons pas utilisé du un problème d'odeur.

Nous avons loué le gîte pour une cousinade. L'espace était parfait, nous étions 15. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et du jacuzzi. Les enfants étaient ravis également. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles en cas de besoin. Nous serions ravis de renouveler une telle location.

Mycket övrigt att önska.

Dåligt utrustat kök. Usel skötsel av poolerna, Vi fick 1 !! nyckel på 4 familjer ( 13 pers ). Vardagsrum med en gammal uttjänt soffa för 4-5 platser. Flera dåliga sängar. Någon sorts bäddsoffa med stålskelett och en tunn madrass. Trots allt detta trivdes vi i Herbignac men skulle aldrig hyra detta hus igen.

La maison de Virginie est fidèle aux photos. Elle a répondu à toutes nos attentes : un grand séjour pour se réunir, une grande piscine couverte et un jacuzzi de qualité, de nombreux couchages et une grande terrasse avec barbecue. Je recommande !
